Horrible at what they do, I ordered 2 chicken tender meals with a sprite and Dr Pepper, they proceeded to make me wait forever for the food then bring out a lemonade and half filled root beer. Which were COVERED in sticky soda and lids not on correctly so they spilt in my car. They then brought me 2 boxes of chicken tenders with none of the sauce I ordered nor the french fries for the meal, they then tried to fix my drink issue by bringing me one cup of Dr Pepper and not my other drink. Which had 2 lids on it, covered in sticky soda, and neither of the lids they gave me on one cup were put on:| I mean seriously people. One young man gave me attitude by saying “last thing” before running off into the building when I once again said they messed it all up. Quit. This job is not for you.
What has happened to our favorite Culver’s?!? The restrooms look like a rock band trashed them. The seating area is dirty and the carpets need cleaning. The soda/ketchup station is grossly dirty. We came in for a couple of burgers and custard and we’ve been here an hour and 15 minutes. It is not that busy. Workers are standing around behind the counter. SO disappointed!!
Really disappointed with this Culver’s (a sentence I never thought I’d say) we have issues most times when we come to this restaurant, but this time takes the cake. Ordered through the drive through, waited awhile (which I understand it’s dinner time and you’re busy). I opened the bag to check and make sure enough items were there.(because almost always we are missing something) But I didn’t think to check INSIDE the box. We get home and there was no chicken on my husbands chicken sandwich. We call, they say they will remake it and also give an additional fresh french fry since the original got cold while he drove back to the store. The manager says they will remake the sandwich, french fry, and give him a coupon for a free meal. Guess what we didn’t get? The French fry, the coupon, and of course the sandwich was made wrong. At least this time there was chicken on it. I called to let them know, and they didn’t pick up. From now on we’ll drive farther to a different Culver’s.(I asked my husband why he didn’t check the bag for it… he said “I didn’t think they’d mess up the mess up”)
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries and a concrete mixer. The chicken sandwich was fully cooked but it came out cold. I requested a replacement and the new chicken sandwich was warmer. After I got the replacement chicken sandwich then finally my concrete mixer arrived after I asked about it.I understand that staffing shortages are a thing but you should be able to find ways around it by either closing the dining room earlier or other methods. Making the food quality suffer is going to keep people from coming back.In all honesty, for a warmer and quicker sandwich for around the same price I would recommend Kwik Trip down the road.
Worst Culver's experience ever. Order taker easily confused and seems inexperienced. Then waited 25 minutes for order. Wife went to the counter to see if they had forgotten. Then got order, three knives but missed a fork. Had to go get one. I had salad, chicken was cold...I mean cold. Not even room tempWife had crispy chicken and it was room temp. Others were waiting for orders and the place wasn't busy...nobody in drive through, but employees standing around.
We’ve eaten at this location many time but last night was a huge disaster! Our food was brought out and was not even warm, onion rings were over cooked. The soda area was a MESS! I did not complain because I assumed it would be fruitless since the counter staff were more concerned with standing around than waiting on anyone. I realize everyone is short staffed but this appeared to just be too many young people working without proper supervision or training. Very disappointed.
After watching Culvers TV Ads we decided to give the fish sandwich a try. Probably one of the best looking fish sandwiches we have seen. Nice big flaky fillet, lettuce, shredded cheese big soft bun, and we ordered extra tartar sauce. Just looking at this sandwich would make you hungry until you bit into it. Absolutely no taste, not even the tartar sauce. I have never had a sandwich that was void of taste but this one was. I gave it a 1 rating because it looked good. We went through the drive thru

MICHIGAN that I had a Anonymous customer buy my ice cream. Besides having delicious food I know had a bigger smile ? on my face.
They can't handle the traffic at rush hour. Had to leave without getting the food but never got a refund. Never gonna go to any Culver until I get my money back. The company has no contact. The restaurant said the order was cancelled but I never got my refund.
Jacob, Maddi, John, and whoever the sandwich grill cook is so amazing and fast!! I had my order in less than 2 minutes and that has honestly been the fastest I’ve ever gotten my food. Thank you very much!
