We were in Green Bay visiting and staying across the street at the Marriott. After clearly discussing with the drive through employee, my daughters inability to have gluten due to Celiac’s Disease, I was assured there wouldn’t be any bread or dinner role and no gravy with her meal. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. I still have the receipt showing the order. After going back to the hotel my daughters pot roast was on top of bread and had gravy. Contacted Culver’s and they told me I couldn’t exchange the meal for the correct one because it goes against their policy. So now my daughter couldn’t eat her dinner. She’s only 7. I told the manager this was unacceptable but they refused to do anything. Instead they said they would send me coupons in the mail. I received the coupons which were only good at this Culver’s, 2 1/2 hours from my home. A letter was attached with a snarky response of how to “properly order without bread so this wouldn’t happen again. I assure you, I am very capable of ordering food at Culver’s and making it clear about my daughters disease. Just poor policies, poor customer service and a poor experience. I sent a letter to Culver’s corporate office and never received a response.
Consistently good food, always served fresh and hot (so far), and onion rings crispy!All locations do a great job.
First time at this culver and my spicy chicken sandwich was warm not fresh my fries were cooked perfectly it was limped fries and pot holes in the entryway and exit ??? come on now this is a disgrace
The food here is always good. You can't beat the price and the staff here are amazing.
Went to Culvers today to get my free sundae for my birthday.. On the email I was sent, it says upgrades are extra and not excluded from ordering.. So, I asked for a 2nd scoop with 3 toppings in total instead of one and I was fine with paying the extra for those upgrades!! So, after I placed the order and drive up to the window, I was told I couldn't get an extra scoop of frozen yogurt, but I could get the extra toppings and on top of this, I had to pull forward to wait about 15 minutes for a small sundae with hot fudge that was the size of a small 6-8oz dish!! I was upset about this, because the email plainly shows you can upgrade your sundae for extra!! This makes me not want to ever come back!! I get better service at other places than this one!!
This was. The best experience I have ever had in a Culver's. The staff were incredible, polite, the shift manager, was so kind , and the shift manager was, super friendly and very professional.
The owner Samantha is awful at this location. I literally feel sorry for everyone and anyone who has ever worked here or still works here because I heard some employees talking about how if you quit the owner will literally block you from all forms of communication with her because she than starts to talk about the ex employee behind there backs to all of the employees still there and she literally talks very negatively about them. She than will deny ever blocking them. I have over heard her talk about this several times in the past but now I am starting to believe that she is truly is a jackass with a bad attitude problem. No wonder why this owner can’t retain and continually keep employees because she talks behind there backs when that particular employee isn’t there because that is truly professional. No it’s not.
Why are Samantha and Bob still both allowed to be management at this Hansen location Just why I mean I get that Samantha and her family own Hansen Road West Mason Depere locations but she is rude and bob who is just one of the managers is also a very not nice person as well. There are no excuses for rudeness towards anyone at all
Great food. But went to one location and lobby was closed without notice on the internet. But notice was on store sign. But it was a wasted trip for me because I was on bus.
This was my first time eating at Culver’s. The food was great but the Manager Bob was beyond rude to multiple customers while I was there. One of his employees had to come up and apologize for him. Absolutely not someone who should be a manager
