I’m a huge ice cream fan and cold stone is by far my favorite place to grab ice cream. My favorite ice cream is banana nut, which they only make in Texas. When I was pregnant with my kids I always craved it and would feel so sad that Texas was too far to fulfill a craving. The banana caramel crunch is the closest thing to banana nut ice cream I’ve EVER tasted. It’s soooo close. Every time I miss it, I gotta have it. No pun intended ??? thank you for having a little piece of my childhood. Never get rid of that flavor! (Picture uploaded is Oreo, my kids favorite flavor)
I had a gift card, and I took someone who had never been there. He ordered his ice cream in a cone, and they gave him a dish. Obviously he didn't care too much since he didn't complain, but it's why I took away a star. Outside that mistake, the ice cream was delicious. Honestly, I probably won't go back often, because it isn't very affordable for me, but again, delicious ice cream. I ordered a Valentine's Day special, strawberry with some strawberries and brownie chunks. They smush it all together in front of you, which is pretty neat. I look forward to coming back when I have extra "dessert money".
If I could give this ZERO stars I WOULD!!! I went here with my family (going along with the post before mine) and I’m also upset with the service and quality of ice cream was. Honestly we forgot to write a review a few days ago but that doesn’t take away at the fact that our food was disgusting. I have given this place so many chances. I normally order on DoorDash and the two times I did, something was always forgotten. My ice cream sandwiches, and an entire ice cream by itself. I always let it go because I don’t want to be that person, BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. To find Chlorine chunks in ice cream is foul. It wasn’t found in my ice cream since I had chocolate but the other ice cream was sweet cream? I think. This place is ran by 16 year olds that are incompetent. There’s no point in calling anymore considering things will never change. I have called previously about my cookie sandwiches, but couldn’t get the order until hours later. I will take my money to smart cow from now on.
I had cold stone with my family a couple days ago, a young snobby girl named Katie with brown hair served us, had the worst customer service ever. I thought the customer service would be the worst part until we took a bite into our ice ice cream...My ice cream had a chlorine taste to it, and chunks in it..one of my family members threw up in the vehicle on the way back home from cold stone..when we all got home I dug this out of the ice cream, I’m not sure what it is but I’m very disappointed in cold stone and we will never come back. I don’t get how chlorine is in my ice cream but it definitely disgusts me. I rubbed it in my hands and it feels like salt but definitely doesn’t taste like it! Terrible customer service. Was in there for 15 minutes with no one else in the place and still took 20 minutes to get my ice cream. Night manager is on a power trip but you can’t expect much from people these days I suppose.
Stopped in for some ice cream after the Packer game. Staff was working hard to fill orders in a timely fashion. Ice cream was good with a wide variety of options including the old standbys.
Ice cream treats have always been amazing for my family and friends. More more importantly, the customer service is unmatched just a couple nights ago I walked in after my sons tee-ball game around 9:50pm looking for some icecream after the big win and we were welcomed with such warm and enthusiastic care. We weren’t asked to leave or told we were rude. Wonderful service…. 5 stars.
I truly could not have had a better experience at cold Stone creamery. Staff member Lauryn was extremely kind and went above and beyond satisfaction. I will most definitely be coming back. I recommend cold stone creamery to all!
5 stars! Really great ice cream at a really great price! The employee who helped me was extremely nice and courteous. I think her name was Lauryn. Hats off to her she was great at her job
