My husband and I came here for a date night and wow- it was the best experience we’ve had in a long time! Ordered drinks at the bar and had a few sips when our waitress came to seat us, not bad considering they are short-staffed and it was a Friday night. The salad bar was very well stocked and the baked French Onion soup a meal all on its own. The baked bread with the cinnamon butter- mmm! Our entrées were out of this world- I had the maple glazed walnut crusted salmon and he had their deep-fried lobster. Everything came out steaming hot and tasted wonderful. Then, afterwards we sat in the empty bar for awhile and the ladies kept bringing us ice cream drinks to try! Next time I will get one. This is truly a hidden gem and we will be back many more times! Thank you for a great dinner with my love.
What a great location and amazing food. We've been there several times over the past year, and we absoultely love it. The food is always excellent and the bartenders are super friendly and the wait staff is amazing to. We like to take Nicolet Drive out there because of the awesome views. It is definitely one of our favorite places to go have a great dinner. We love the cozy Wisconsin super club atmosphere. There's nothing like it anywhere else.
If you are going to be a place that takes 4 hours from the time you walk in till you leave to have dinner it should be excellent. From your hostess not know how to quote an accurate time to no one being apologetic or trying to explain why so long for the time because you are understaffed. Then the icing was food wasn't good and staff had the nerve to state as we are leaving "finally" like we were just sitting there taking up their time. I wouldn't of been as upset if someone had taken the time to explain the situation in the beginning middle or anything but no seemed to be in charge just lots of excuses. If you can't complete a service we'll because you are so understaffed then you shouldn't do it. Don't go here if you don't want your whole evening taken up just to eat dinner.

This place is a long time hidden gem in Green Bay. I ate there with my family last night, and the service was as great as the food. Salad bar, French onion soup and steak was as good as you'll find. Mason our waiter was very kind as all the staff was. Will be going back soon! For anyone complaining about the wait time, they do take reservations by phone, and like everywhere, they are short staffed so will need some patience.
Went there 3/1/2022 for our anniversary. The service was great. My steak was cooked perfectly! Cute little place. Worth every penny.
We were looking forward to a great dinner on a chilly WI night. Decided to try Club Chalet. Arrived at 5:30. We were told by the hostess the wait was more than an hour. I take that as 1-2 hours. Bar was packed but we made our way in and enjoyed some a tasty Old Fashioned, or two. Our order was taken at 7. At 8:15 I proceeded to the hostess stand to inquire about our table and was rudely told that this was “normal” and our table was being readied. I had prime rib, lukewarm and salty. My husband had the New York Strip and my son the stuffed shrimp. Both meals were good, but not as expected. After waiting for 3 hours, the meal was hard to enjoy. The salad bar and soup were good. Maybe the wait time of 3 hours is “normal”, but then be up front about that to your patrons. If you choose not to take reservations you must have a system that works for you and your guests. We will not be back.
Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent drinks! Had the pork chops one night and went back and had the marinated sirloin the next and both were excellent. Outstanding salad bar as well. I will return!
We have been going to the Chalet for over 25 years for various special occasions and again you have not disappointed us. We were seated at our table and there was champagne on our tables being that it was Valentines Day. The salad bar was fresh and had numerous options to pick from. Our meal, Prime Rib was done to perfection along with the surf and turf. We will continue to come back because we just love the atmosphere and fine dining.
This place really went down hill quick. The cook actually came out and argued with a customer about how their steak was done medium (I could see the steak he was holding- it was dark grey). Very, very poor customer service. I will not be back again until new owners take over, which I'm sure will be very soon.
