First time. Decent pizza. Decent games for the kids. It is what it is. Will probably be back.

I came here for my 18th birthday and when I arrived I kind of realized that it might be weird for the people working. But they were all so nice and my friends and I had so much fun. They were so nice and helpful for the whole party!
Child arcade/casino hell.If you like crowded dining and loud ambient noise, and if you don't mind that they've got rid of the animatronics since you last visited in 1992, then brave Chuck E. Cheese at your own risk for a slice of sub-par pizza.My daughter actually asked to leave early despite her friend's ongoing birthday party.
Place was clean staff was friendly and kuds had a blast.
We went here today to have a snack and play some games. Everything was great except portion size. We ordered some french fries for about $4. When we got the basket we laughed because it looked like someone in the back ate half of what was supposed to be there.
They really have done some great changes. We had a great time at my 2 yr old nephews party. Even the adults lol. Great job everyone!!
We booked a VIP Birthday Party for our three kids and had a great experience! We were appreciative of the option for a closed party and the manager and host were accommodating and organized. The remodel is great and it was tidy and clean! We plan on coming back next year for the same setup!
We checked out the newly remodeled game experience... We were there during Winter Break on Wednesday afternoon. They were asking patrons to mask (which was nice) and we took advantage of the $17.99 hour free play. The kids & I had a blast!
Held birthday party there on New Year's Eve. Staff went above and beyond to have everything available for my kiddo's party (from food, decorations, etc.) and they were very attentive and flexible with our schedule. Thank you!
