This poor girl; there was one person serving 20 people and she kept her cool the whole time. Disappointed in the franchise for treating their workers this way.
Extremely rude staff. Had a bag of garbage on the counter while they’re scooping ice cream next to it. And please tell me who charges $2 for sprinkles when a sundae is less than $1 more. This location is horrible.
There was a little girl in the store - happy to be there and absolutely loved the boy who scooped her ice cream. He must have been in high school and a group of his buddies came in - he proceededTo make fun of the little girl. It was heart breaking
They broke the waffle cone and acted annoyed I asked for a flavor they had posted on the glass. kept touching the ice cream with hands to force into scoop.
