Wondering what the extra surprise was in my drink I just picked up, anyone have ideas?
The lobby is open now, which is a great benefit to those of us who miss sitting down and eating or can't drive. Arby's always has their classic roast beef, but don't overlook their delicious shakes and sides as well. The sliders also make a great add-on.
This might be my first time visiting this Arby's but my impression is pretty good despite how busy drive-thru was and how much fish they were selling. I've been patient and I'm glad I was because my spicy fish were cook-to-order and the lettuce and tomato it was topped with were cool and crisp!Overall the spicy fish is has a spicy seasoning on it. For me at least, it's not too spicy but has a decent kick to it. Combined with the tartar sauce, it made for a sweet and savory sandwich I hope gets a permanent spot on the menu.Great job to this Arby's! This makes for a great alternative to the Golden Arches up the street.
The food was good. Especially the curly fries. And the fries had alot of flavor to them.
I ordered a roast beef and cheddar with a small order of mozzarella sticks on my lunch break and wish I hadn't. The beef and cheddar was warm but not hot and the mozzarella sticks tasted like they had sat for a while or the fry oil needed to be changed. I worked at Arby's years ago, I know the difference between fresh product and what has sat during lunch rush build up. Very disappointed with the food but gave a 2 for speed, accuracy and staff was upbeat and friendly.
I visited tonight and the service was pretty darn good. However I would say about half the time I order from here, it is bad. I really like Arby's and I just wish they provided better service.
To the older gentleman that made my order tonight. Thank you so much for your kindness and the food was great and I will be returning just because you made me smile. We need more workers like you!!
The big sloppy guy spiked a handful of napkins into my order bag, the beef & cheddar I ordered had no cheddar or any other sauce (besides the beef juices, I guess) and the curly fries were a mix of undercooked (75% chewy instead of crispy) and overcooked (dark, crunchy, and tasting burnt and of stale oil). The only good was the sliced roast beef, which was hot, but had many chunks of cartilage or something in it that I had to pick out because they were too large to swallow and unchewable. Not patronizing this location again!
I ordered 2 meals. They asked me if it is going to be a sandwich or meal I said just a sandwich. Then I said I wanted a #2 they asked sandwich or meal. I said meal add cheddar. Never asked if it was sliced cheddar or liquid cheddar. I get to window and only have 2 sandwichs. I asked where are the fries and they stated we asked. And I said I wanted a meal for 1. No straws and didn't mark cups of RB rootbeer or other for dr pepper. And no receipt. Oneida street your service stinks and it always has.
Decided to try their 2 for $6 chicken cheddar ranch sandwiches. Ordered thru the app and proceeded to drive thru window. Worker said we don’t have the order on the system so I just show my app and items ordered. I pull forward as instructed to the wait area. Food was mediocre at best. Bread was semi stale and chicken was dry and warm. I prefer the Arby’s in Appleton where the same items are hot fresh and made to order with order confirmation.
