I was at Arby's. My husband and I wanted to eat there. We went in and everybody was talking in the back. One person saw me. no one came to take my order. My husband and I were the only customers. No one was in the drive thru or the dining room. So we left
I walked into Arby's about 11:15 AM and was asked "How did you did you get in?", which I thought was an odd question for someone walking into a restaurant. I said "the door", which I rudely was guided back through shortly thereafter. Apparently they were short-staffed and closed the lobby. That staff shortage could be entirely resolved by customers going elsewhere.
They were very courteous and got my order done without to much wait..
I stopped at this location for Supper, and I got my food from a very nice lady. They were taking a bit of time with a large order in the vehicle in front of me, that driver appeared to be in a hurry. He/she honked their horn. How sad. They were short staffed as with all fast food places. I didn’t mind the wait. I respectfully request we try a little bit of patience for these folks as they are doing well considering the situation they are in. I will be back as I am addicted to their curly fries. Then also their big roast beef sandwiches.Congratulations Arby’s for being grace under fire so to speakThe food was delicious.
Hubby got the fam dinner last night through the drive through ordered 6 beef N cheddar their was no one else there so they weren't busy just killing time. When he came back and everyone started eating this is how the cook on late shift last night prepares food thinking it's completely ok..... You eat it then.... ???
Three stars is for sentimental reasons. In the 70's Arby's was pretty hard to find in the Midwest but Green Bay was fortunate enough to be awarded a franchise. We used to drive up from Appleton and tailgate in the parking lot with a case of $3.00 beer and 10 or 15 beef sandwiches and we thought we were in heaven. Not sure if it was the beer or the beef but who cares ? ?Meanwhile back in 2022 the service was extremely slooooow...I didn't time it but there seemed to be a dozen cars behind me waiting to put on the Arby's feedbag.. I hope they didn't have somewhere they had to go. The Brisket thing sandwich was pretty good for a fast food place. The meat was guite good but there was a plethora of white and red sauce that the staff evidently wanted to get rid of before closing... there was enough for 3 or 4 sandwiches
Always the same good, basic fast food. Drive through lines can be long. I would skip the chicken slider as it is merely a nugget on a dinner roll.
Tried the bronco berry sauce with my mozz sticks and it was fire!
Best food. Glad to know it still taste good & friendly after not being here for a few months. Thank you
Google really needs to create a no star option. The guy who took my order in drive through was condescending. Since I responded with the same attitude as him (let’s note that I wasn’t disrespectful. Just gave him the same attitude he decided to give me) he felt I deserved half of my sandwich smashed in and 1 less of the two sliders I paid for. Oh but at least I was given the slider box. Smashed in but at least I got something right? My child can just eat the box. Having to deal with a large amount of people on a daily basis can be rough but don’t release your frustration out on your customers. Otherwise, stay your a** at home or find different employment. By the way, I called them and I was turned away by the manager. I specifically heard him say “have her call back when we’re closed”. Uhm….what? He refused to speak to me. I suggest throwing the whole crew away and starting fresh.
