Ordered carry out. I got the Homestyle Chicken Bowl. It was barely lukewarm, no garlic in the garlic mashed potatoes and not a single drop of gravy. It was below average at best. The boyfriend got the Crispy Orange Chicken. There was so little orange sauce that it didn't even cover the chicken, much less the rice and veggies. Very dry and bland. Not impressed in the least. Won't be going back.
It's a good place, they just need to update their menu and add more things up! Otherwise, it's a very nice family place and bar as well.
Always a disappointing experience. Staff sitting around not working, on phones, no idea what’s going on with pick up orders, then very rude and belittling when you confront them. Specifically the bartender on 1/30. No cup holders so I was given a small flimsy cardboard soda box that I had to remove the plastic from myself. Given many chances but have been let down by the staff over and over again in numerous ways. Don’t recommend.
Service from beginning to end was very good. This is 2nd time within a year I've been here. Both times all our meals were very good. Definitely worthwhile.
At first, I was appalled bc I didn't think that paying 10 bucks for a burger would be worth it. But then I got the m eal and it was HUGE. I didn't even finish it all. So people, don't be scared of their prices because you definitely get your money's worth. You could even split a meal with someone to save money and you would still get your fill. 100%. The watiress who waited on me was very nice, too. I think her name was Brenda. Or maybe Breanna. She was super quick and got our orders in right away. She didn't mess them up like so many other places do. I was very very satisfied.
Our family dined at Applebees west side on Christmas Eve. We were greeted kindly and seated shortly after. You could tell the staff was busy but the service was great. Our waiter had plenty of customers but was friendly and helpful made us feel very comfortable. He got our drinks right after he took our order and our dinners came shortly after. Everything was delicious from the steak to chicken with shrimp dinners. Our waiter checked on us frequently. Lovely Christmas Eve experience! Very comfortable surroundings.
Chicken tenders were extremely hard and no meat whatsoever, only skin and the rest.I literally left my whole bowl full of that. I’m not into complaining but I’ll totally recommend the MANAGER to check orders before they leave the kitchen. 01/09/2022
A busy Packer game day, Bekah was delightful, kind, and efficient. She immediately informed us that staff was short and we would have to wait. How refreshing to be greeted with honesty and kindness. She seated us with water for the wait.Delicious food as always from Applebee's
Arrived at 5:35p....it is 6:14p and I have yet to receive my drinks that I ordered.Edit: received my food at 6:19p and my drinks then followed. While I waited for my food, I watched the bartender talk with guests that sat at the bar, while my drink order sat waiting. When the bartender decided to make drinks, she would stick her whole hand in the glass to remove it from the hanging glass display (this happened with every drink she made, when she decided to make them). When we got our food, it was good and cooked properly. I understand that finding good help is hard, and I have worked in the service industry for years, but the bartender needs additional training on priorities.
They told us they were completely out of shrimp, which is a lot of their main meals.Totally understand the shortages and how hard it is to get things delivered so we picked out something else.As we were paying, the group directly behind us was able to order exactly what he had asked for with the shrimp. They were not told they were out and they had the same waitress as us.I was really bummed about it.We still had great customer service other than that
