Went here for dinner for my Daughters Birthday. We were seated right away. Our waiter Rami was awesome! He timed our food perfectly. Checked on us regularly, even got the the other servers to sing Happy Birthday to her. And served her a Birthday dessert! Will definitely be back! Thanks for a great 1st time experience at your restaurant!
Both the Google hours of operation AND the literal SIGN on the DOOR say they are open until 11 p.m. but when my friends and I came at 10 p.m. for half-price apps, the doors were locked and we were told by an employee they were closed. WTH?! Wish we had known that — we wouldn’t have driven all the way here only to be turned away!
Tough steaks, uneatable salty broccoli, chicken was bland, soggy and cold fries. But Service was just fine, welcoming and nice.
Domonique?? I think that was her name? Was a very good waitress. Very friendly and efficient. Our meal was excellent. Best service and meal we had in a long time. She's definitely an asset to your restaurant and deserves a raise.
We had a waitress named Carrie. She was so sweet and friendly. It is refreshing to have such a great personality in customer service. Food was excellent too. Thank you Carrie for a great experience!
Food was great! Server did not mention which apps were half off when we asked if they were running that deal...so we got charged full price because the ones we ordered were not the half off ones. We also told our server we had a B~Day at the table...never brought dessert?
This is the second time they burned my steak. You spend all this money on not cooking just to have bad food quality get delivered. I understand everyone is understaffed but we all need to do the best we can.
We came to Applebee’s last night and it was the most disgusting dinner I have ever had.I ordered a steak medium rare and that steak was barely cooked. It was so raw and slimey. My husband ordered a fiesta lime chicken and he ended up getting chicken tenders with fries?The waitress barely checked in with us and when we were ready to leave the hosts were the ones that helped clean our table and got the check cause our waitress never came.0 stars if I could. We couldn’t remember why we stopped coming to Applebee’s. We thought we’d give it a chance again to see if it improved and clearly it got worse. Disgusting all around.
where do i start.ive came to applebees alot in the past year.most of the time ive had great experiences but within the last month i have seen this location decline in performance and quality.this was my go to after work for about a year now with work associates and weekend nights with friends or some times even family.ive never had an issue with applebees up until this month.over the last few weeks ive came in with my husband and our two kids and a few times spent at the bar with friends and grandparents.the food and the drinks and the staff has always been amazing but lately ive experienced alot of cold and just really well bad food.for example i ended up getting my usual witch was chicken Alfredo and ive found the noodles lately to feel rather plastic like and the Alfredo to be quite room temperature.ive not only had problems with food but staff.a few times we were hosted by a younger lady named ivy.some days she would be very polite but alot of times if we asked for extra sauces or drinks she made us feel as if we were asking too much.sometimes we would even be stared down or given dirty looks.i get people have bad days but none of what ive experienced has been necessary.. i believe it was last weekend or the weekend before me and my husband along with a family member and her fiancee we sat at the bar and we were being tend to by i believe a romi i believe is his name.we have had no issues with him before and hes always been very kind and light spirited but i couldn't help but over hear his conversations with other staff preferably the younger looking girl whos name i dont have.all i can say is the topic of conversation was very VERY inappropriate for a workplace exspesially a restaurant were little kids are present after that weekend i stopped bringing our kids there.i dont think he is an issue as a person but the conversation with a girl who was obviously a minor was extremely alarming as a mother.other then the food being bad here and there and the very select few employees being disrespectful.applebees will still be a favorite but i dont think i can continue to come here as a go to restaurant or at least until the food situation and staffing issues are sorted out.
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would I looked at all the reviews before going to this location and I wanted to form my opinion on this Applebees so me and my friends and my little boy get there and they seat they got our drinks except 1 and we had too ask 2 different times she finally brought us our drink we ordered our food my friend got some Alfredo chicken thing and the noodles tasted like they were cooked and just sitting out and they got microwaved. Not once did our server come to us and asked how we were doing or if we wanted anything else and then two of the females that were working seated two females right beside us and sat with them while they were working and was talking to them for a good 20 minutes if say about 20 minutes before we left I asked for some water and it was never brought to me which I find very rude and unprofessional.
