Oh boy , I visited my childhood favorite pizza place 40 years later . Ah, same decor. Floors were dirty , the place was just sad. Pizza was good, service was slow considering there were only 3 tables being used . I now choose to remember the Aldo’s of 1982.
If you grew up in this area, you know or have heard about Aldos. I've mostly gotten pizza delivered from here for over 20 years, and it's always been great. Recently ate in the dining room for dinner one night and it was even better with a few cold beers and pizza fresh out the oven. And for those of you who enjoy green olives like I do, they have them as a topping choice, which can be hard to find as an option. Highly recommend!
Got treated like dirt as soon as we walked through the door. Waitress was not very good at her job. Basically is that were not wanted here, without her actually saying that. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
The man that answered the phone and took my order was rude from the start, he was just as rude when he delivered the pizzas. The pizza itself was not great either. Wouldn't reccomend.
