I went here for supper after a very tiresome day, the food was delicious but I asked for marinara sauce but got honey mustard sauce instead, it doesn’t work with what I ordered. So for me this was the first of many trips to this place.It won’t be my last. Screw ups happen. The thing that I found confusing was that when I went to pay for my food I was asked if I wanted to tip them?? This is a bit confusing for me…why for a drive up order do I have to give a tip? I asked if they were getting a pay cut? She didn’t answer I suspect that she couldn’t as per some company policy. I know times are tough but this is just not necessary in my humble opinion.
After rolling coal round town trying to find an open A&W restaurant for my wife’s bday, we finally stumbled upon this one.. They were awesome! We parked our semi up front, the lobby was closed sadly ? HOWEVER I called in and they let me walk up to the drive through window, placed my order for my wifes Birthday and I, and then the attendant was so observation she noticed our puppy looking out the window. So she offered the pup cup, (which I never heard of) but I agreed of course, and she came back with a baby cup of ice cream AND BACON for FREE!!!??? Ikr! My wife and I couldn’t believe it. We are so grateful for their thoughtfulness. Thank you guys :)
Stopped in to use $5 Gift card given to me. Ordered Chili Cheese Fries to go. Fast friendly in lobby service.
They were out of multiple things on a Friday they should have had shrimp ? ?
Actually really good burger quality and fries. One of the better fast food places.
A bit pricey for fast food. But service and food were both good.
I always love the cheese curds at A&W some of the best ever!!
We ate from here today and when I finished my drink I went to open it because I like to chew on the ice and this is what I found. An insect on the ice and it was in the outside so it wasn’t frozen in the middle. That’s disgusting! People can get sick from this.
I was very thirsty during the summer and the very kind worker was nice enough to give me a cup of water, I will return here one day and purchase food.
The new normal is to be able to have a whole lot of patience. Still like before but slower!
