I usually went to this Starbucks pretty frequently but they will now be losing my business. The past four times I've gone there I've gotten the same thing which was the chicken and bacon sandwich and a drink. The sandwich is never made right either everything is on one half or it looks like they just dumped everything into the bag. This past time not only was the sandwich not together but wasn't cooked properly and I didn't see it until half of it fell out of the sandwich so now I have food poisoning. Absolutely never going here again .
Sat in the drive through over 30 minutes just to sit again when it was finally my turn and no one took my order or said anything to me so I just drove off.
Only people who know my coffee and get it right without complaining about how I order it.
Drink was pretty good. Needs more organization with finished orders instead of putting everything in a cluster on the counter.
Good coffee. Not to die for as most say. Not a fan of flavored/fancy coffee anyway. But the black coffee was ok. Friendly staff. Bit pricey.
Your store on E. Johnson St. is closed with no corresponding info posted on your website. The printed sign blocking the drive-thru entrance wasn't even readable from the car. Totally unprofessional way of handling an unexpected closure.

A huge shout out to James who saved my morning! I sent my pick up order to the other Fond du Lac location and instead of having to drive across town he got me my drinks right away. That is amazing service!
