Waited an hour for delivery. Called and asked what was taking so long. They said she just left and will b there in 10 min. The thing is I live 3min away. Waited another 30 minutes b4 I canceled my order. Its faster to drive to tonys in waupun if you want pasta. Next day theyshowed up unexpectedly and gave me my order from the previous day for free. It was a welcome surprise and a legit thing to do.
A good place to go eat pizza if you want lunch or dinner sandwiches fries breaded mushrooms, the works. The staff really friendly , sometimes they get busy but they work it out. They give there all to make your experience at Sal,s a good one. I've been there a few times with my family and by myself and every time I enjoyed it I would recommend sal,s to anyone who is hungry for a good pizza I think it's the best pizza in town.
ordered my food at 8:30 pm said it should be here around 9:30 pm didn't show up until 10:30 pm an hour after they closed. now granted they could have been busy but that was not the worst of it. I left specific instructions to not knock or ring the doorbell and what does the chick do? she rings the door bell which makes my dogs go crazy and wakes my daughter up then to top it almost all the food was bad. The garlic bread was like chewing gum ( went right in the trash ), the salad was just slimey ( right in the trash ), the chicken Ceaser wrap had no flavor as if it had no dressing or seasoning. This really sucks to leave a review like this because I have had great experience with sals but I guess today wasn't the day. $70 in the trash
Quick , great selection , great pricing !!! Tried the Lasagna pizza and it was wonderful !! Great Job Sal’s
Got our cheeseburger pizza delivered, soggy crust, the toppings were missing from 25 percent of it, they used the fake cheese slices, and wasn’t even cut
At 7:30pm last night we placed our order online. It said the wait time was approximately 45-50 minutes. Once 8:30 rolled around, we checked the status on the Slice app - it said "in progress". So we waited a while longer. At about 9pm, I called the restaurant and was greeted with "Sal's Pizza...WE'RE CLOSED!!" I said, "excuse me?", because certainly no business would answer their phone so rudely. He repeated, "we're closed". (They close at 9:30pm). So I explained that we ordered on the Slice app and still hadn't received our dinner. He said, "yah, it's on the way". So we waited another 20 minutes for it to be delivered to our hotel a couple blocks away. The delivery driver was pleasant, but there were no utensils, napkins, plates, parmesan cheese, etc. We had nothing to eat with or on. Kind of disappointing for leaving a 30% tip ahead of time.I have to say, I gave 1 star only because the calzone we ordered was pretty good, but it wasn't very hot. The garlic knots were cold & hard and the chicken Ceasar salad was some iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and onions with a cup of Ceasar dressing (I think it was Ceasar dressing - we didn't even taste it because the salad didn't look appetizing at all). All in all, not a great experience. Kinda bummed that this happened. Definitely would NOT order again. ?.
Really good pizza and cheesy garlic Bread also speedy service!
Ordered a pizza yesterday. it was good, but for some reason my pizza had onions on it and there was a lot of onions which I didn't even want as a topping. Idk what the mix up was but I checked and I didn't order them on my pizza. I'm not one to call and complain. It would of probably been a 5 star, I'll try it again someday.
I've eaten at Sal's and had delivery a couple times each. Pizza is delicious, my opinion, best in Fond du Lac. Everyone is friendly. Delivery fee is relatively cheap and it comes on time. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great food and service!
One Hour 55 minutes to get a pizza?!?!?Ordered at 4:03pm, and the delivery guy said he called me. I showed him my phone call log when he showed up, he never called! Now he said he took the pizza back to the restaurant, called me finally and then brought it back. That means this pizza is about 30 minutes old!
