Lady working the register didn’t know what she doing, she had to keep calling the manager up to help her. It took 42 minutes to get my food !
Same story as all the other recent 1 star reviews. Stand at the counter waiting to be served, leave after several minutes because in spite of making eye contact with employees no one even said hello let alone take our order. There was only 1 other customer there. I feel sorry for the investors at this location, because the manager and employees are seemingly incapable of providing even the most basic level of customer service. If you can't even be bothered to speak to a paying customer surely you will go out of business soon for lack of revenue.
The dining room was not busy and we didn't see many cars lined up in the drive-through, but our food (a 2 piece combo and an extra side of fries) took 29 minutes (ordered at 3:38; got our food at 4:07). The food was fine.
Just terrible. I deliver for Doordash and Popeye's NEVER starts the order until I walk in. Time is money. Average delivery is $5 and average wait time at Popeye's is 10 minutes. Music blaring so they can never hear me when I say who I am picking up for. Today the guy bagging the order got a personal phone call in the middle of bagging it up so he went in the back to take the call on his cell phone. He knew I was standing there waiting. This impacts my delivery time with Doordash which isn't fair that I get rated for late delivery when the food isn't packaged. And the food is ready, just nobody bagging it up. So frustrating. I am just going to have to start declining orders from here. Not worth the hassle.
NEVER ever again!!! We stopped on way home after Brewer game, we walked in and garbage was falling out over flowing from.every garbage can. The most inappropriate music was blaring loud, f bombs all over theplace. ...even after they could not hear us order. No ice in the soda thing and the best yet...no forks or spoons. We asked what we were supposed to eat with and were given a " F you" look and told again they had NO utensils. I asked why???.....the crabby no smile unfriendly employee just said...no delivery. Hey...run to the dollar store and buy some then for your customers!! I had to give one star in order to give this review. But truly would give less than no stars. Popeyes chain should close this franchise down.
The store employees and manager were very illiterate, they did not know how to take a customer's order properly. I gave them a 4-digit coupon code from their app, and they proceeded to ask detailed questions about my order, which was fine. However, when I got to the drive-up window, they told me they could not honor the coupon code. I told them that was fine, and to give me the order without the coupon applied. They could not even provide the order to me without a coupon code.All I wanted was a 3pc Spicy Tender Combo order. I did not ask for anything extra or anything out of the norm. I go to Popeyes restaurants all the time, and have not had an issue, except for this location. the employees and manager were clowns, did not have any sense of customer service. Also, there were 7-8 employees working inside that I could see. the wait time at the drive thru was close to 15 minutes before they took my order... I only had one car in front of me.
Can't give less than 1 star. Just happened 20 minutes ago. The restaurant still open for a little more than one hour and I had after 25h of travel really a crave for Popeyes. Walked in and waited, and waited, and waited. A lady in the kitchen shouted names, obviously to get somebody to help me out but nothing moved for more than 5 minutes. Had no other choice to walk out and go to Arby's. Very disappointing.
Worst popeyes out their. Ordered on the app 10min. before arriving then had to wait in line for an another 20min before even being served then was told they don’t have bread and they would have to make the bread. We waited for an additional 20min til they were finally made. Food wasn’t satisfying either. Not only that, the employee was very rude after getting our food. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Place doesn’t even deserve to be open. Please advise before going to this Popeyes….
Incredibly rude.We had to drive back through to get things that were forgotten from our order and the employee basically closed the window in our faces without even giving us everything that we needed and paid for. We were the only ones in line and it took us extra time to order because you guys were out of such random things.As a hospitality and food service worker, it was incredibly ridiculous and rude.Please just try to do better. Customer service and kindess is so important
I will NEVER go back to Popeye's in Fond du Lac. The dining room was EXTRENELY cold, the dining room was a mess, there was no napkins at all, and the bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING!My son had to go to the bathroom and when we walked in there, I told him we were going to go somewhere else to go to the bathroom because I wasn't about to have either of us spend anothet minute in that bathroom!
