We are finishing up here at the fond du lac location. Quite a few beverages are out of order. Went to get some of their desert, which i always eat with ice cream....Ice cream machine is out of order. Biscuits are hard as a rock. A lot of the pizza on the buffet looks dry - sitting there for quite sometime.I spoke with the manager, Angie, about what they are doing to sub out for the ice cream machine being down... .like did they bring in tubs of ice cream to scoop out for their guests. She said no. I asked if I could then take the desert home since they don't have ice cream for me to eat it with. She said no because she would have to allow others to do the same.I'm sorry but I've been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and everything that is going on with this Pizza Ranch tonight is wrong. They could have easily brought in bottle drinks to sub out for the ones that aren't working, they could have brought in ice cream to scoop for guests since thr machine is down, they could allow the guests to take 2 deserts, per person, home due to ice cream machine being down.....I mean I could go on and on how this store lacks customer satisfaction but I think you get my point.Very disappointed with this experience

First time visiting a PR. Food is very good quality. Everything in the salad bar was fresh, the pizza selection was great and the broasted chicken was some of the best I've had. The dining room was clean, with a server coming around to take your used plate on a regular basis.
Great experience, fantastic staff. Closing time was a bit early for a weekend; the salad bar wasn't much to get excited about. Pizza and chicken were excellent ?
Food was excellent, especially the chicken. Chicken was not greasy, unlike some Pizza Ranch locations. Staff was very friendly. Nice salad bar. Couldn't find the soup.
They have weird hours, so check before you go. Chicken and desert pizza are great. Service is great. They'll make any pizza you'd like and put the rest on the buffet.

This place has some of the best food in town and service to match! The Ranch team is beyond friendly and they truly care how your order and dining experience is! Every time we get it, we are never disappointed! This location will always be our go to meal when eating out/delivery/pickup not only for the food, but for the service as well!
Went after work for the buffet and when we were asked if we wanted to order something we waited over an hour while we watched other peoples stuff being taken to them. The number sat on our table the whole time. We will continue going to Appleton from now on.
This place hands down not only has excellent food but excellent service too! Our go to place and are never disappointed!!! Every single time our experience is amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and always looking to help! We love it here!!!
