Nice to dine in was shocked when called fdl number and i got a call center was just making sure inside open website on Google said only delivery and cary out or curbside pickup still miss old store with two sides could sit on! Had a supreme stuff crust pizza and best item of all time the cheesy garlic bread not on menu but if you ask they have!
Teach ur drivers directions my pizza was cold and greasy cause the drive drove the completely wrong way not knowing his right from his left
Overall food is good, just dont order thin crust. They say thin & crispy but more like thin & soggy.
I decided to arrive and order in person versus online since I live roughly 30 minutes away and wanted to be sure I was there as soon as our food was ready to take home. When I placed my order and noticed the $15 price difference I had just paid (online pricing being cheaper) the manager told me that unless I bring up the meal deal prices then I will get charged full price. Um excuse me? How is that even ethical? He offered me a coupon as a way to make it up but I declined since I will not be back. He did end up changing his mind and did the price adjustment which I appreciated but it should have never happened that way in the first place. When I got my food home and discovered the slabs of breadsticks not even cut apart it sent me over the edge of utter disappointment. Such a shame. after reading previous reviews I see I'm not the only customer that's been let down by this location. So many fond memories of going to pizza hut in the 90s and that visit totally ruined the nostalgia of it all.
Pizza was hot and ready when we got there. Pasta was excellent and had enough to feed 4 as advertised.
We've always received prompt service when visiting this location. Food has always been cooked well and orders accurate. Employees have been friendly, welcoming and helpful. They have even offered up advice on what deal we should capitalize on to get the best bang for our buck: I had gone to pickup an online order and the cashier let me know that I could get a better deal next time if I went with their special on dinner boxes rather than the order we had placed. Before COVID, when the restaurant was open for dining in, the manager at the time, Corey, would always come to our table to make sure everything was as expected. One time, he even brought out a pasta that was made in error and offered it to us rather than just throwing it out. Will continue to use visit this location!

Better hospitality I felt unwelcome and overall very disappointed with the customer service. I have been to other Pizza Huts and your service has been great. I feel the management and Fond du Lac Wisconsin is bad there for the experience and not satisfactory and Below Pizza Hut standards
ordered online, Fast, brought to my car. Very good hand tossed with three toppings
Put an order in at 330 for 500. Seemed like they made the food at 330 then let it sit under warm till 500. Pizza was alright. Breadsticks were cold and hard. Chicken wings were very dry.
