Worst Salad ever lettuce was brown and slimy and when I called the guy on the phone didn't seem to understand anything I was saying. Poor customer service Paid $12.00 fort a awful salad and crappy service
I just ordered delivery and I got the Chipotle chicken Avocado melt. Seriously amazing whoever made my sandwich tonight you are an artist and it was delicious! Thank you!
I love the food but I went twice in a week and they were out of avocado, cilantro, and lettuce for my sandwich.
We always have a problem when we go here. One time it took 15 minutes to get a couple bakery items and drinks, their drive through menu is inconsistent with what they actually have, employees are dismissive, and they didn’t even offer a receipt. Also their prices seem like they have definitely gone up with no positive change in the food quality. We have tried contacting customer support numerous times and 1) it is very difficult to find any contact info and 2) nobody ever responds when you do reach out.
I ordered a bagel through the drive through. I asked for it cut with butter. Had to recut it before I could toast it as they only cut a little wedgy. Very disappointed.
Ordered 1 sandwich, 1 pizza, 1 mac and cheese and 3 drinks through the drive through around 2pm and took THIRTY (30) minutes to get our food. At least 4 other cars have been served but the lady came out with the food finally but not my $5 drink. Said she would get it and be right back. Waited several more minutes and she came back to ask what drink we were missing. Showed the receipt and she said she would be right back again. She then spent several minutes waiting for another employee outside the door to walk in with her. About 5 minutes after that someone else finally came out with my drink but offered a bs apology (your order must have not shown on our screens) and offered no discount or coupon. Will not ever return. Terrible experience.
Reliably good sandwiches, mac and bakery items. The true gems here though are the staff. My only complaint has nothing to do with quality or staff — I miss the jalapeño hummus they used to offer on the Mediterranean sandwich. Beyond that everything is aces. Misty goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Thanks for always providing a great experience!
My first experience at Panera bread wasn't great. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted great but it was barely warm as I could feed it to my baby immediately. The flatbread was also just barely warm. We only got drinks because the kid at the til insisted that they were included with the flatbread. Then we got charged for them. With so many food options out there I won't bother trying them out again.
The day I was there they were having computer problems, however they were going out of their way to keep me happy. The barbeque chicken was very good and the pastry for .99 was tasty. ( I love sweets )
Worst Panera bread I ever ate at!!! Very disappointed!! The sandwiches were hard as a rock, the French onion soup was horrible had no cheese or anything in it...it was supposed to be double meat and cheese and it barely covered the bread.
