1. They false advertise their price. Bill showed a different amount than what was on their board. They claim they are being ignored by their corp of customer complaints about this. Would not correct the billing. 2. Food was cold and gross. 3. Bathrooms were disgusting. My friend actually filed a complaint with BBB on the over charging on meal. Do not recommend eating here.
Cashier jazzlim was extremely rude, was complaining and slamming things. Angrily typed in my order and gave me an attitude. Yelled when 2 more people came in. No one was wearing gloves and there was dirty rags around the food. Cashier refused to wait on the other customers that came in after me. Jazzlin was extremely rude and made my experience terrible
My second visit. First visit I thought the place was expensive. I ordered my entree in the small size. Talked to a few people who said to order the regular size, you get a LOT more for about a dollar more. They were right! Was full with the regular size. Each time the food was very good, the place is clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Well definitely be back.
Noodles and company is one of my favorite chains. This particular noodles is easily the worst I’ve had. Multiple bad experiences here and I will not be going back. Definitely risk getting soggy noodles that have been sitting out awhile any time you go here.
My friend had food from this place, and had gotten food poisoning directly after consuming it. Noodle’s and company refuse to acknowledge it.
Ordered Spicy Korean bowl, a little bit oilier than I'm accustom to but it was tasty.
I have ate here in the past and loved it. Today was very disappointing. People standing in lichen while tables and floor in lobby were filthy. Food was forgotten and not as good as I remember. It will be a while before I return if at all.
I absolutely love noodles and company. This location is pretty on point. The food was great and the 3 guys working today went above and beyond to make our visit perfect!!! I would definitely recommend going here 100%!
This place was awesome! We came as a whole track team, and it was great! The food was good, and the staff was very nice and helpful! The food was very fast even with around twenty some people in the restaurant at once, the food came out in around 5-10mins for everyone! The place was kept up well, and it was very clean, including the bathroom! Highly recommend this noodles and company if you are looking for one!
