I went here recently towards the end of their current hours of operation, but thankfully was able to place the last order of the night. I was at the end of a line that must have been trying to get an order in before they closed. When I got to the drive thru window the employees had the window locked and wouldn't acknowledge me. Mind you I had already placed an order, and had been waiting for 15-20mins in the drive thru line. An employee eventually gets the manager on duty, who unlocks the drive thru window and explains, "I'm sorry we're actually closed." I tried to explain that I had already placed my order in the drive thru. The manager asked what it was, apparently nobody was aware of this order despite it being taken within the last 20mins of this conversation. I told them not to worry about it because I really don't want to pay hard earned money for something when employees are making an effort to not provide service. Since at that point I can't imagine the quality of service would be worth the fee. Not a good customer experience. Probably going to be a while before they can convince me to spend any money here again.

I went to get my youngest son dinner....I ordered his meal and then I order a chicken deluxe sandwich with extra mayo and a 10 PC nugget with honey mustard. I also purchased a toy on the side. Well when I got home there was no toy, no sauce for my nuggets, my sandwich was thrown together with no extra mayo along with it being cold as hell.... very displeased....

Thursday, April 21, 2022, 6:15 pm I walked into this McDonald’s to get a fountain drink. As i passed a customer leaving with two bags of food, the man at the counter asked “can i help you?” “I’d like a $1 drink please.” “Our lobby is closed, sir.” “So i can’t get a drink?” “Our lobby is closed.” I stared at him in confusion. He said, “our lobby is closed. The fountain is shut down.” “Oh, so i can get the drink from you.” (Meaning the fountain behind the counter) “No, the lobby is closed. You have to use the drive-thru.” Guess I won’t be back, since i walked to the location from another store and am not going to walk back to my car to come back to “drive thru” McDonalds. Actually, I won’t be back because of their stupid customer-unfriendly policy.

Brand new restaurant, but still no open lobby even though many other places u can sit down, seems like it took forever to get our food which was a simple order

Very Very bad experience with an employee we ordered through the app my wife and I went to pick it up and ran into an whole problem!!! First off she clicked on the app she was picking up in the drive thru got to the window guy worker couldn't fine order he went to get manger to help, then that's when we met the manager from hell Ronda I think her name was she came to the window yelling she don't know what to tell her and there is nothing she can do about it so I asked if I could speak with an manger and she laughed obnoxiously in my wife's face and said we're going to just have to deal with her and so instead of just finding the problem she continues to just finger point and make different assumptions such as well you can't used the same app, then she says well ill just give it to you as if we were the problem still so going to the next window an more concerned worker Kelly ask us where we ok and she also apologized for Ronda several times and gave us the information of who Ronda was (stating she very much was the manager)and ask her to come back to the window because these customers are very upset and Ronda came back to the window laughing and doing more taunting at my wife and I really don't know if she was having a really bad day, but her actions were totally unacceptable and had my wife shaken livid!!!All over an small lunch date with the wife Don't think will be back as long as she's there giving the worst customer service we've ever received from an "Manager "!!

I went to this McDonald's location on the 2/12/22 and they forgot my husband's oatmeal I called back the same day less than 15 min later after I left there. So I called today and she said they don't do that.i told the manager that I have the receipt he will go back ..so disappointed and that's why I don't eat at McDonald's because of workers or situations like this!! Even there cups holders are so dirty..don't know how or where they got these...

Dunno, I have not been inside since they raised the old store and installed this new one! Drive through is 5 times faster than the old one used to be! Architecture and placement of parking spaces does not seem to entice you to venture inside which is weird for a McDonalds. The functional flow is around the exterior and through the drive through, it discourages a trip to the inside of the building. I think that may be deliberate design. Not that I am complaining, probably saves the company millions! Engineering, and deliberate design, that pretty much guarantees! Humanity will get their QP, frys, and a Coke! Strapped in a car seat protected by a NIIHS, NITSA, DOT 5 star HPCS & 5 airbags! A profoundly safer option for L5A & COVID contaminated ignorance is headed your way! "McDonalds, Burgers served out our window safely into yours! Why?! Because we don't want any harm to come to you, we love you! And your car drives itself anyway!" BRILLIANT!

Last week I ordered a quarter lb. Meal and had a code for a free one. This week ordered the same thing with a new code they would not give the free one. Said that I had to buy a quarter lb. Sandwich to get one free. I said I'm buying one in the meal nope sandwiche only then a free one what is the difference.

Between this location in fond du lac and the mc Donald's in ripon they are the 2 worst locations as far as drive through goes. This location you have to scream your order and correct them 15 times before they enter it right they try to rush you through the order and once you go pay they don't tell you the order they just tell you card. It is specifically 2 employees names are beyond me but I can definitely point them out... I've spoken with one of the managers previously about it and well she's just as good at her job as they are theirs... I'll be going to the military McDonald's from now on. Pretty pathetic the new and improved location couldn't do the same with employees as it did with the building....
