Haven't been here in about a year and I can say the food quality has gone down in that time. Seems to be full of fillers and other chems.The ordering screen inside was nice and the food was hot and fast.
I am a Dasher, I’ve been dashing in Fond Du Lac for a while now. This was 2nd order at the specific McDonald’s today. I came through the drive thru as normal and received the order. After dropping it off to the customer, they complained that they were given only drinks. It became known that a McDonald’s bag was missing. As a Door Dash employee, all I can do is contact the store & Dash Support to fix the issue. I stayed in contact with the customer to help get the issue resolved. After contacting McDonald’s I had THE WORST conversation with the Manager Katrina. I called the store to be sure that the “missing” bag wasn’t given to anyone else, she confirmed that it was still indeed at the store. Katrina went on about how I would need to come back to get it since I left it at the store, also if I didn’t comply with her then she would look my name up and restrict me from Dashing with that McDonald’s. It was an issue to me because she didn’t let me speak or get one single word out, she was in fact very rude. Knowing it was her McDonald’s employee who inconvenienced ME & The door dash Customer, she not once apologized but kept repeating how I left the bag. I have been to this location hundreds of time for door dash orders & It was never my fault if an employee did not hand me the correct amount of bags. In fact the employees would normally inform me if it has 2-3 bags. Katrina’s attitude was ridiculous and the situation definitely should’ve been handled better.
Just went thru drive thru black girl working drive thru window was very rude !!

Typical McDonalds in the area... My order was right this time but still same garbage food. Soggy fries and what not.
Really decent McD's. Food was fresh and hot (unusual for a sunday night an hour before close), and the employees were masked. Will stop by again if I'm passing thru.
very disappointed in the way your staff treated our clients. They discriminated against our clients (adults with special needs). Our clients were behaving while there. The manager said " we dont want YOUR KIND here!" we will never be back
They were quick considering the long line of cars. However, they gave me the wrong drink and I didn't realize until I was home.
Always a quick drive thru in the morning.
I would gladly give them more stars except for the fact the lobby is closed-no signs posted, the drivethru was insane, messed up our order. The staff was friendly they just need to pay better attention to what's going in the bags.
