I have had problems in the past but it seems they have been worked out. Of the last three times visiting over the last two months, service has gotten better every time. Last visit on may 24th 2022 was the best. Big order, and I could tell they were short staffed (as all fast food is). It took about 20 minutes to get food, but the order was perfect. Food was hot and nothing missed, and drinks were right! Best thing was it was served with a smile from someone who was working hard! Look forward to going back now.
Drove from Waupun to Fond du lac to have breakfast on a Saturday morning. Told before we could even order “Just to let you know we are out of biscuits “ … It was 10 in the morning. Very disappointed
Other than 2 people prepare our food, Oh, it was good but... taking a long time to finally get our food... that added to the frustration. But, over all... it was good.
Most times I come here the food is hot and delicious. Through no fault of their own their is an employee shortage and sometimes the food takes a bit longer to make so make sure you have enough time. Patience is a virtue. I tend to order the Monster Burger meal and have not been let down on quality yet.

Impressed because they are able to keep the lobby open and provide great tasting AND looking food. We had the bbq and club broiled chicken and the boy had the tenders. All were excellent. Good job Hardees!
Always great food. I just ask for it fresh. I'll wait the couple extra minutes for hot and fresh. I know this is how they normally operate but once in a while you'll end up with something lukewarm, but not if you specifically ask. I continue to go here and love it.
The food was good and the employees were nice. It was rather a long wait though, since ther were only 2 cars ahead of me.
Ordered French Toast platter. Got biscuits and gravy platter. They only gave us french toast because they said they couldn't take the other stuff back. Charged me for the biscuits platter which was more. But said I had to eat the eggs and sausage from the biscuits and gravy and wouldn't make me new ones. Ordered on with sausage and one with bacon only got one sausage. Wouldn't give me money back because I was told I got more food than what I payed for.
21Nov2021. Got the Really Big Hardee burger combo with a soda and fry. Had onion added to burger. It had special classic sauce lettuce cheese and onions. It tasted great ordered it right at 11 so burgers were fresh. Moving review up to 5 stars for this visit. Wish google would let you do separate reviews because restaurants have bad days.4 years ago:Got the double burger thinking it was the classic what a disappointment. They discontinued the classic. All I could taste was mustard.
