Food was ok. Little to much pepper on my food for me but otherwise it was good. Lady named Boss was very Snippy n rude a lot of the time She could use a better attitude. The Chef was great.
Every time I go here I instantly regret it. I’ve been here maybe 3 times and will not be going back. I wanted to like this place but just couldn’t. The waitress is always so rude. I’ve never had worse service. That alone ruins the meal. But then to add it’s freezing in there. The heat is never on so you freeze the entire time. I didn’t dare go into the bathroom after reading other reviews about how gross it was so I can’t speak on that. Food was alright. Dont really think the taste is worth the price. You’re better off traveling a little further for a much better experience.
We ordered carry-out. The presentation was nice, and the food was ready when promised. I could tell the hostess was very busy, but not offensive. She was just down to business, which is fine. I understand what it's like to work under pressure and under staffed, which must be the case since there were only three tables with people at the time. We had a few of the large special rolls plus some basic nigiri. It wasn't terrible, but the fish tasted heavily preserved. The rice also had a pre-prepared flavor, like day old made into an approximation of sushi rice, but without the usual light, background vinegar flavor. The rolls didn't have much in the way of spice/flavor either. The prevalent flavor of the rolls was that restaurant-style heavy mayo and not much else. The eel sauce used on one of the rolls was very sweet and almost tasted like Teriyaki sauce.
Ordered take out for the first time from here. Was decent tasting. Messed up my order by not giving fried rice and only one little 1/2 side cup of sweet and sour sauce for a a entree. Was able to custom a roll and switch out the meat. But they cooked my whole roll and not just the meat portion of it.Called after to explain the issue and the lady I spoke with was rude and told me I was the one that ordered wrong and told me to go online and order next time. Then hung up on me after the fact.
The food was amazing, the server a rude hag that fumbled through our order bringing the wrong dishes and forgetting one too. Fix the service issues and maybe you can justify the prices
Went here with my coworkers on a Friday evening. It was pretty busy and took a long time for the food to come! But overall the service was great, sushi was good for such a small town, and definitely a place to visit when I’m craving sushi and don’t want to travel for it!
Food was ok, hibachi preparation was just ok. Staff was a little standoffish. It was a little expensive for what it was. Also, I went in January, and I had to keep my winter jacket zipped up the whole time because cold air from outside was coming directly down the exhaust vent over the table-top grill.
I wanted to take my family for hibachi. I was really excited to have it cooked in front of me for the first time. I brought in a table of 5. Both me and my dad wanted the grill, the other kids wanted wok. They refused to make us our hibachi in front of us because she didn’t want to do it for 2 people? I put two stars because the food is actually good. But service is a huge part of the meal.
I.couldnt believe what we were served let alone a $ 12.00 charge for a habichi table that the waitress refused too cook for my daughter and I because the other 3 in our party ordered Chinese and we were the only 2 wanting Habachi she refused to take the charge off let alone did not listen to my daughter when she changed her order to.sushi rolls I stead of hibachi then still. proceeded to.try and serve her the Habachi salmon when.my daughter refused the lady began yelling in Japnese. I ordered tenderloin and Scallops lomein my stake was not tender my Scallops were raw I only got 2 I.left one on the plate I asked for.mixed veggies and mushrooms I.got 2 mushrooms. Slices 2 pcs of Broccoli 4 PC onion 3 carrot slices and 10 PC of zucchini which I said didn't want. I didn't want rice but got it anyway and was charged extra for noodles that I wanted instead... My son asked for General Toas chicken he got more bones in his chicken and didn't want to finish it he left half the order there. My daughter inlaw ordered sweet n sour chicken she got fried chicken strips with them draining Frying oil on her plate disgusting. Not only was the bill over $100.00 no discount was even offered for the strong arm service and I have to say substand food..... We will not be back excuse me I now have dirreha .......
YUMMY! The food was magnificent and just the right portion size. The fried rice is amazing, cooked appropriately with the right amount of ingredients as expected. Even learned that my 7 year old son knew exactly how to use chop sticks-something my 37 year old self struggles!Wonderful family experience and atmosphere!
