Food lacked flavor, was too greasy, and took roughly 30 minutes to get out. My stomach started churning after I finished the meal. Customer service was less than welcoming. There were so many patrons eyeing my little team as we walked into the restaurant. We tried to flag someone down to get some more utensils yet we went largely unnoticed. I can understand their love for patronizing the wrong crowds while not handling disputes properly. In my town this is Badalhoco.
I have no idea why Fat Joe's has a 3 star rating, but my experience was great. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great, and the servers I had were awesome. I got the byo chicken sandwich one day and a Buffalo wrap another day with sweet potato fries.... and I would eat their food every day if I could. My husband and I visited a few weeks ago while we were in town and we were both blown away by how good the food is. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting FDL!
Certainly not a place for out-of-towners or anyone with a food allergy. Staff was not knowledgeable about potentials allergens in meal offerings. We unfortunately had to ask for water, then utensils, then ketchup. We finally just grabbed some napkins from the bar because it was getting so awkward. We felt so uncomfortable while eating that we simply wanted to finish our meal and leave as fast as possible. And that we did.
Excellent -- both the appetizers ( two of which I had on my last visit, along with Chicken Cordon Bleu soup ) as well as the meals.Aside from the aforementioned soup, I also had Breaded Meatloaf Bites ( yes, you read that correctly ! ) and Sweet Potato Fries. Meatloaf is one of those things that both my wife and my mom make WONDERFULLY, so getting it at a restaurant is sometimes a let-down because it never quite lives up to what I can get home-made. I'm glad to report that this instance was an exception. These things were QUITE good...and the three dipping sauces that came along with them were quite tasty, too. The fries were nicely seasoned, slightly sweet and lightly crunchy, which is pretty much just how I like them. The waitress was very pleasant, didn't hover and came back to the table with appropriate regularity.I never turn down a chance to go to this place...and the meal I just described above pretty much explains why. Nicely done !!
Came with friends for the first time in years! Great service! Friendly bartenders who make fabulous drinks. Patient knowledgeable staff! A good time was had by all.
Went in for a late lunch. Had the special, burnt ends tacos. The meat was mostly fat and what little I could eat was tougher than a shoe. I couldn’t eat it. The service was good though

Our Family has Never had a meal that we don't love here. The bloody Mary's are Delicious as well and waitstaff is always super friendly. The rooftop is super fun spot for summer lunch or dinner :)
My first experience sucked . These guys put it back together. They. Are the real deal. Food and service top notch. I had to wait in line to long or would have given 5 stars, my previous review was 1 star. Thanks. For a great meal with great people.
Great food and atmosphere. If you want better than fast food with entertainment its the perfect place. Lots of TV,s in every direction so you won't miss any big plays if you're there for the game. A really nice sports bar/restaurant.
