They keep not filling the cup but they sure charge like they do. This was the medium, the small was half full. Ridiculous. I will no longer go to this Dunkin’. It’s been the worst so far. Like fill the cup up.
Went to Dunkin to get a Iced Peppermint Mocha Coffee. The girl who took my drive thru order was confused on what I wanted but did confirm what I wanted. When I got to the window she told me the drink was on Dunkin and told me to have a good day. Not sure if they screwed up the drink at first but it was a sweet gesture. I've always had great experiences here.
I came threw not even an hour ago and had asked for a large peach refresher with less ice. The lady taking my order had told me if I got less ice that my drink would not be filled all the way then. Did not give me the option to pay extra or anything either which I would not mind doing. Not to mention I’ve been coming here for at least a year or two straight but and have never been told that before. I also work in fast food and we aren’t allowed to do this either. I could understand if it was no ice then yea cool that’s fine but I had only asked for a little less ice and was given attitude for this. Some people also do have sensitive teeth and would like a little less ice so it’s not cold. Ive never had a problem with my request before so I don’t understand why theirs a problem now.
They gave a chocolate donut with sprinkles even though I asked for no sprinkles. I should have checked the box before I left the drive thru.
This location is on the smaller side so seating could be a issue. Service was fast and to order. The Hot Chocolate and Breakfast Wrap I got were a decent price but the taste was average. Overall it's a typical Dunkin'
Absolutely terrible. The food that is. We ordered two of the SAME coffee, they taste nothing alike. They don’t even taste how they are supposed to. One of the coffee cups has a piece of hair at the bottom of it on the INSIDE! It also appears the coffee ground is at the bottom with the hair. The food was cold, hash browns were stale. Ordered three orders of hash browns and asked for ketchup and they only had one ketchup packet left. It’s 10 in the morning… of course I wasn’t given a receipt either. Trash absolutely TRASH!
Had just passed thru drive thru within the last hour, hadn’t been to this location in almost a year, was just craving one of their amazing hot chocolates, and got hot barely chocolate flavored water. Very disappointed
I called Saturday morning 10/23 and asked for some Halloween themed donuts for a party I was throwing for my boys and their friends and families that evening. They didn't have any but they offered to make me some special order and let me tell you they came through!! Thank you to whoever created these master pieces! They were a complete hit!

Good ice coffee. Wish their was another Dunkin Doenuts since their busy every day.
