1st you forgot a part of my order. I came back later to receive that order on top of ordering more. You charged me double for those items you forgot earlier. You did a refund of those items. And I waited. And waited. 25 minutes for the items that were forgotten earlier in the day. Of course I checked the bag to make sure everything was there. It wasn't. You then forgot everything new that was ordered. So I waited. And waited. A total of 48 minutes. Yes. 48! To receive my entire order. Your lobby was jam packed. Anyone who ordered ice cream was in and out in under 5 minutes but anyone who ordered food got pushed aside. Only to receive cold food. By far my worst experience and the fast food motto isn't the case here. Completely short staffed and unorganized.
2 weeks ago, I order a sauced and tossed honey BBQ basket. I get home and it's a 3 piece plain breaded chicken basket, no toast and honey mustard sauce. I call to let them know the mistake, and the only offer is for me to drive back. I said no, just let them know to double check orders before handing them out. Now today, my husband goes to get an m&m and a cotton candy blizzard. They are melted. They were melted when they flipped them over in the drive through and leaked everywhere, yet they STILL didn't offer to make new ones. What has happened to the quality here? We live right down the road for 4 years now and frequent this location often. We'll drive across town to the Johnson Street location, because even with gas prices, WE'RE STILL SAVING MONEY
I went thru the drive thru after work one evening to grab some chicken tenders for my husband. It was 9pm and only 2 cars ahead of me. By 915pm we had only moved 1 car and by 925 I was FINALLY at the window. (Mind you i had planned to run to a diff place that closes at 930 to get myself something-which didn't happen). Both cars ahead of me got small bags of food so I couldn't understand the issue until I was the next to the window. The kids in there seemed to not be able to stay on track. The young lady walked away while the bag of food and drink for the guy ahead of me sat there. Idk what she did but she didn't come back, some boy did after a few minutes. He stood there, talking-with his back turned to the drive thru- before he realized the guy ahead of me hadn't gotten his order. Then, when, I pulled up he grabbed my box of food that had, also, been sitting there, shoved 2 napkins through the top of the box and shoved the food at me thru the window-no bag. The food was for my husband. Where in my new car am I supposed to put the food?...with crumbs falling out n grease on the box. On top of that the fries and bread were cold. A bag may have helped that but I think my order was sitting there for a bit b4 I got it. I get that I showed up a half hour before close but it shouldn't take 25 min to get my food, should be in a bag and shouldn't have gross, ungloved hands shoving napkins inside my box of food. You could tell this kid was unhappy there were people that ordered food at the end of the night. This is the second time I've dealt with this exact kid being crabby. I hope my husband gets outta this dq craving. Until then I'm heading to W Johnson-which is nowhere near my house. That's how fed up I am.
Love the friendly staff and the food is always delicious! I had the Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard and it was perfect!

I ordered the $6 meal deal. Requested a coupon for the sundae as well as a burger with no cheese, and received the incorrect order as well as no sundae coupon. Upon calling and going across town to receive the correct order they gave us fresh fries and the correct burger. A free treat coupon was in the bag that states it is only valid when stamped with the location. Unfortunately there was no stamp on the back, and the sundae I paid for was never received. Too bad this put a bad impression for the Dairy Queen in fond du lac?
Fast service but the fries a bit soggy could use a bit longer in deep fryer

Can they get a simple order right ?? At this point im 0-5 ... Wont be back .. Love some DQ but when things arent ever correct driving back across town is not an option.
