Got a cheeseburger today with a slush right...well just to say the cheeseburger was disgusting tasted like it was straight out the microwave. Wasn't pleased at all.
This Dairy Queen specifically in fondy, other one by the fair grounds does a fabulous job. But this one I had ordered a mint chip shake and it was already melted like they forgot it on a order and just handed me a old shake and the whip cream was already melted so it tasted disgusting. Not even fully blended. And my fiancés burgers were squished with everything coming out on the sides. That’s not appealing at all. Customer service was just as bad. Can’t even say have a good day or your welcome. They don’t even fully open the window.
There were several long hairs in my Blizzard. I called to complain after getting home and the manager told me to bring it back for a new one, yeah no thanks, not making a trip all the way back. We chucked the Blizzard and my son went without. Then the manager said they have no one on duty that has long hair. There were hairs literally mixed into the ice cream, there's no way they came from me. I felt like I was being called a liar or like I was trying to get something for free just for trying to report a potential hygiene problem when I didn't even ask for anything. Super gross and the treatment after was the kicker. We won't be back, sticking to Culver's or Gilles from now on.
Waited a while in drive through but probably everything is made to order.
The manager the young lady who took our order was very nice we had a great conversation and was very helpful! Also Eli and Omar the cooks did a awesome job with our food. I would recommend our family to come to this location!!
