We ordered 4 shakes last night thru the drive thru. Seven cars received their orders before we did. Three before us four after we put in our order. By the time we got our shakes they were so watery you couldn't even call them a malt or a shake. So very disappointed. When the gentleman brought out our shakes he didn't know what to say except " I guess these are yours". It wasn't his fault. He was just the messenger. We are pretty sure they got overwhelmed and forgot about us. Never had a bad experience until now. Other individuals with me figured we waited over 10 plus minutes for four shakes. I won't give them a low low rating because not every experience here has been bad but this one was not acceptable. The shakes were awful. I guess next time I will have to go in and get our shakes.

This is the second time in a row this location shorted me on my fries. Says clear as day on the ticket it's a burger, Fries, cheese sauce and drink. After repeating my order 3 times to the girl taking the order slowly you'd think I'd get the correct order. Dumb part on my part is even though I looked on the ticket I should've checked the whole bag before getting home! 2nd time no fries but I have the cheese sauce I can't use that I got charged for. Please fix this! I'll be checking everything but if people are in drive through they shouldn't have to constantly go in for missing items.
I eat here at least 4 days a week. The burgers are amazing and fries are like lil Krispy baked potatoes...... Never disappointed

for once the line wasn't super long! but at least that's how you know it's good. drive through moved quickly and efficiently. food was extremely fresh- fries were hot!
It's Culver's it always busy. Food is always hot. Food is always quick and delicious. Ice Cream is Custard style and always new flavors everyday.
Fresh,hot, delicious,good customer relation, not much wait at all and was very busy, as only place you can sit in within 6 major fast food restaurants.
Very good and above average fast food. Don't think it's worth the hype though.
