Decided to go here for lunch today. My family and I ordered two whopper meals and a 2 for 5 which were both Big Kings as well as mozzarella sticks and a large coke zero. We also had a coupon for one of the whopper meals which was apparently invalid even though it was on there website. We still told them that we still wanted the meal. Only to get one whopper meal, the two for 5 and the mozzie sticks. Two of the drinks plus a small water I got for my dog. They were extremely rude. They told us they didn't charge for the one whopper meal although we told them that we still wanted the other one even though the meals coupon didn't work. We were also missing a fry which we did get after arguing. Kept getting looks through the drive thru window like we were dumb. So we went back to the drive thru to complain about the missing meal to tell us that the women didn't even add the meal. We wanted to ask for meal but had to drive back around by the "ordering station" which was ridiculous. So we finally got a big Mac at McDonald's because at least they get there food right. Also my dad's sandwich had old bad lettuce on it plus my whopper had a small hair in it so I threw it away. Will NEVER be going to Burger King again and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Was given the wrong order and didn't realize it until I tasted the impossible whopper that I didn't order. After looking at the receipt, I found out the wrong order that I was given was also incorrect and missing an item. Going to be a while before I eat at another Burger King, and it certainly won't be in Fond du Lac. Keep driving if you see this one- there are far better burger joints in Fond du Lac than this one.
Drove out this way from mke for a funeral and stopped for lunch before reaching our destination. Girl in the drive-thru window was really, really rude. No greeting or thank you, nothing but 1 word. She said "card" as she held our debit card out after we paid. No one needs to be treated like that. Unnecessary. Food was cold, bun was stale. Just a bad experience.
This burger king has gotten a lot better. Faster service with smiling faces. Speed and accuracy has gotten a lot better as well.
Both employees out smoking. 11:45 am only fast food place out of 10 others in walking distance with no customers that close to noon. 1 car in parking lot obviously belongs to one of the workers. Only vehicle was a mini van parked in front with employees in and out of it. No lettuce for sandwiches, last time threw this location they had no beef patties. Grocery store less then 100 yards away with lettuce. How long before they just shut down. Place looks abandoned anyway.
This place is a joke. If you order more than two things smoke starts to come out of their ears and they can’t get it right, ever. Food is usually cold. Constantly have staffing issues, no surprise since who would want to work at this terrible place.
I gave up. Hit and miss. Food is always cold. Love their number 4. I shouldn't have to warm my food up in the microwave all the time.
Lady rushed me to order & they forgot my jalapeño bites which they charged me for. Plus on top of that they forgot our straws :( and I am very disappointed in this kind of service they also didn’t not fill our fries all the way all dumped in the bag

I'm a truck driver. I like Burger King's "Big King XL" burger (not on the menu anymore), basically, it's BK's version of the Big Mac. I can still order it if it is on the register touchscreen. If not, I order the Double Stacker w/o bacon, but add lettuce and pickle (same thing).I have recently visited two different BK locations: a location in Little Rock, AR, and this BK in Fond du Lac. Due to staffing issues, both locations are drive-thru or carry out, only. In Little Rock, I first asked if they had the Big King XL on the register. I was told yes, so I ordered my meal. After I got my meal and back on the road, I opened my burger only to find I was given a Bacon King instead of what I'd ordered.This BK in Fond du Lac did not have the Big King on the register, so I ordered a Double Stacker w/o bacon, but add lettuce and pickle. Again, after I got my meal and back on the road, I opened my burger to find: lettuce, pickle, and two patties. No Stacker sauce, and no cheese slices (as pictured).Why is it so difficult to get this!?
