They have a great selection of food choices. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with coleslaw the other day and it was amazing! Wait staff is always friendly and helpful.
I ordered from this location for my daughter and I. So disapointed that the food was cold and soggy. the wings weren't even cooked all the way so disgusting this is first and last time ordering from here .I will make the drive wing stop instead!! And my daughter didnt even eat after I spent over $50 for this..

Everything I order online for pickup or delivery and get the fried pickles, I never receive the sauce and last night I had even ordered extra sauce and paid extra to make sure I would get it. So disappointed because the fried pickles just are not as good without. ?
We order on Thursdays for the BOGO boneless wing deal from the BWW in Fond du Lac, WI. We like our wings with a lot of sauce on them so we order them extra wet. Every time when we pick them up we have to send them back because they look dry. This last time they wouldn't allow them to go back to the kitchen, so they gave us sauce on the side. Also one box tasted different then honey bbq. Avoid this BWW if at all possible.
I love their chicken wings! They have a good variety of sauces to suit your taste. It's very clean and the service was great! It's a great place for food or if you want to go out for drinks, they have a great bar also. Don't forget about the appetizers!
Service and food have been trash the 3 times we've ordered. Literally nothing in my meal was correct tonight, including the side I paid extra for and never got. Completely has gone down hill and theyve lost our business for good
We haven't eaten at BWW in a long time, but received some giftcards for Christmas. The food was hot, tasted fresh, and everything appeared clean and sanitized. The server we had was waiting on about 7 or 8 other tables and our order was messed up... she ended up bringing out the side of fries we had ordered when we were finished eating. Overall, the food was good, but the server seemed overwhelmed. Maybe the girls standing up front chatting with each other could have been helping with refilla, extra napkins, etc. Just a suggestion :)
The food is delicious! The staff closer to closing time don't always greet you or even acknowledge you're there sometimes. Otherwise it's a great place to eat, wide variety of food, and very clean.
First off my salad dressing was missing out of my small order. Boneless wings (teriyaki) had so little sauce and were smaller than I’ve ever seen. I usually can’t eat all 6 but they were so small that it didn’t fill me up. Would’ve loved to enjoy my salad to fill me up but zero dressing.
