Very large and clean Italian eatery located inside the Radisson. Great atmosphere- the bar is a dark granite...plenty of tables and several TV screens. More than a dozen beers on tap...and an amazing menu. Ask for your pasta dish oven-baked...it'll melt in your mouth. Highly recommend the meatballs..GIANT and flavorful. Megan behind the bar is great ?!
I have gotten food from here multiple times and it was always amazing. However, my roommate and I will not be ordering from here again after last night. I have food poisoning now after attempting to eat the French onion soup and the meat lasagna. I barely ate any of either as I could tell something was immediately off with both dishes, yet it still has caused me to throw up, have a headache, and sweat immensely. I'm sorry to say that I no longer will be taking a chance like that again with them as much as I loved their food before.
After having been to other Benvenuto’s locations I was truly disappointed with the food and the service this past Saturday afternoon. To put it kindly the waitress was a scatter brain. Starting with the minestrone our orders were mixed up. A bowl became two cups. Gluten-free came with wheat noodles!! Close call for the one in our party with the allergy. The minestrone was overloaded with beans and lacked the pungent flavor and aroma that I would get at the sister restaurants. The pasta presentation was not what we are accustomed too. The ribeye was under medium rare and barely charred and hence was very lacking in flavor. The prime rib sandwich was more like sliced thin beef. It was hardly busy because there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant. No excuse for the slow and muddled service.
Terrible service for my brother and his class for their meal before prom last weekend! Took forever to get their food, only half of it was brought out so people wound up going elsewhere and they still charged them for it! Also, they made a huge deal about having to split the bill up! Terrible experience for them!
Clean and friendly. You can't beat the blackened Mahi Mahi dinner. A Fond du Lac favorite of mine for sure.
We visited on a week night and it was night and quiet. Quick service. Risotto balls for the appetizer were absolutely delicious!
Very professional services. They welcome you make you feel right at home. The food is simply amazing. great presentation. Your server ,the team, the chiefs. Simply amazing. The bread they serve is simply amazing it reminds me of my mom when she would make bread. On a scale of 1to 10 I would give them a 10+ thank you for making my night. God bless you and your staff.
Drinks was fye I definitely recommend.. This right here is my swaggg, all the girls is on me .. nah jp but they did they thanggg. But 4 stars because the vending machine messed up!!!
Not great. A whole jar of marinara over maybe 9 ravioli for 19$. Way overpriced. Waitress took my half full soda glass back to the kitchen to refill rather than bringing a new glass. Germs can be spread this way. One of the hostesses/waitresses was resting food plates against her belly/shirt. Again, germs!! Overpriced kids menu as well. Likely won't go back.
Arrived at the restaurant on Saturday at noon. Was seated at a table in bar area. Place was moderately busy. The woman behind the bar is also waiting tables in the main part of the restaurant. It’s now been over 20 minutes with no communication from any employee. Complete joke. Don’t waste your time - literally. Walked out. Didn’t see an employee on the way out. If you’re this short staffed on a midday Saturday, you should really reconsider being open.
