We had the absolute sweetest waitress I’ve ever come across at this restaurant tonight. Brand new to serving, she’s been with TR one week and I could tell she was flustered when we arrived. She did everything correctly and was so polite despite situations that would typically make it hard for someone to be polite and work through it, but she did. The service/food delivery was on the slower side, but this was not just her fault. All in all, she made my experience enjoyable and she instantly softened me after I had a long, difficult day. Her presence just made the experience more enjoyable. To our waitress, if you are reading this someday, I just want you to know that you have a personality that will touch peoples hearts, and I hope that you don’t let anyone dull that no matter how hard things get at times. Waitressing is NOT an easy gig. I hope you push through it and overcome. This will build and shape you. This place hits more than you’d expect. The buns were top notch and the steaks were thicc n juicy. I’d like to go back again now knowing that I only need to order about half the food (because they hooked us up phat! ?)
Came in for Valentine’s Day expecting it to be packed and take longer than normal. Wait was a little longer than normal, but not more than expected for such a busy night. The food was great! Our server Sean was AMAZING!!! He made sure to give us a fantastic experience! He was very polite and super on top of making sure we were taken care of. He made us feel like we were his only table with how great his service was. Next time we come back we will be sure to ask for him as our server to get such quality service again. I hope a manager sees this review and knows how great a job Sean is doing.
Texas Roadhouse is always great, never have we had a bad meal there. Steak and ribs were done to our expectations. Service too, Sean was great. Extremely busy today and some very rude customers that need manners taught to them again. Staff was very courteous and explained very well that the time given is always an estimate.
Took the family here tonite for my mans birthday, our food was perfect! Absolutely no complaints! Food came out quickly, presentation was great and everything was done perfectly! Special shout out to our waiter, Eli. He was prompt, very kind, personable, and was absolutely on it! Great customer service has been so difficult to find, but Eli,deserves major props!
