This is supposed to be super Nachos with extra Nacho cheese.Absolutely nothing super about this hot mess.Yall need to do better, perhaps care about your job or find a different profession
Fast and decent except nachos were scoup of beans scoup of meat and cheese on one side, also didn't get my potato burrito!!
These poor poor souls are doing their very best to stay staffed. But coming up short. They open late and close early due to limited staff to operate the store. The food the staff they have do make is delicious. Best of luck Taco John's.
Food was delicious, however, we received 2 off menu items in our food in the form of human hairs from two different individuals ie. one blonde and one brunette. Such a bummer as this was one of our favorite Taco John’s locations. Highly recommend the staff start wearing hair nets… the memory of me pulling a 7inch hair out of my future father-in-law’s mouth will stay with me for many years to come.
I was Passing thru town.Chose Taco Johns because all other drive-thru places had lines of cars & they didn’t.( First red flag. )They had a really rude cashier in drive-thru.(Second red flag)After going thru the drive-thru, I went to gas up (less than a block away) & that’s when I realized my order was wrong & the food was cold.I went back.Cashier was even ruder the 2nd time.It was her mistake.I tried to show her the receipt where the mistake was made but she refused to look at it.I just wanted my money back since I was eager to get back on the road.They refused. Said it is a “policy”(BIG /final red flag if a place doesn’t stand behind the quality of their products)They made the correct order but it was also cold, & potato-oles had a weird smell & texture I can’t even explain.Local health inspector needs to get involved.The temperature they’re serving food can make people really sick.
The people who work here are nice. I personally don't think it's anything special food wise but my gf loves the potato oles.
Went an hour before close and was served a hard soft shell taco that was cracking and dry, the potato Oles were off in color (yellow tint), tasted dry and like they’ve been sitting out.
Never a horrible experience. Staff is normally friendly, service is always fast. Food is....fast food, but not bad
So this post is just to this Taco John's location in Eau Claire Wisconsin and specifically towards the new burrito that they have which is almost similarly like the burritos that they have at burrachos or similar burrito stores. The bag weighed a lot when he handed it to me and the burrito itself was fairly spicy he did say there was Miles kick but it was pretty hot and I do like spice but it was a little too much. It was mostly rice a little bit of meat and I got the chicken flavor not the steak. I do like their guacamole here at Taco John's is very good. The breakfast is amazing I really like their breakfast burrito is really good. Prices are a little bit higher than Taco Bell but that's to be assumed because Taco Bell is a lot cheaper and smaller options. I will go again and I will give us more than one star because I feel that's unfair considering across the board they are pretty good. Pretty fast. Seems like they are depleting there's not a lot of them around anymore so I hope they're not going out of business
Good food, pretty quick. Only problem was they didn't label our burritos for which one is bacon and which one was sausage.
