The worst service I have ever had.. waited in line and when I got to the window they refused to take my money and said they could not except $100s without even checking my bill. So I drove off with my car of kids and they lost out on a $40 order. With my kids being upset I called to get the corporate number from the store. They then told me that the number was in the office and they were too busy to get it for me ? the sad thing is this was an older gentleman. Worst customer service experience ever
I absolutely love Wanda, she's always so happy to see people and so nice. She is the reason we come to this location.
Never had an issue at all at this location, most importantly I commemorate the staff who always bolster the experience for me!
EVERY TIME I have gone to this taco bell l, they get my order wrong EVERY TIME. I tried again tdy and I ordered a chicken quesdilla and a chili cheese burrito. They read the order back to me and I read the the screen and it was correct. They give me a Doritos Taco instead of a chili cheese burrito. Normally I wouldn't care but every time something is wrong. And I've only gone to this location 3 times. Well 3rd strike. Just ridiculous

Awful. The staff was swearing, talking inappropriately to each other and about other people, and completely ignored us. The man at the counter when we arrived said “one minute” and then walked outside and drove away. What? We stood at the counter for five minutes, in sight of the staff, before ordering on the tablet ourselves. There was no one else in the store and no one in the drive thru. Hardly any meat on the tacos or the Crunchwrap. I will never return here.
Only visit this location if you have an extra 15 minutes to spare. Probably faster to go to another location across town if you're tight on time. Orders are always accurate and fresh, but the wait time is the big downer. Three stars.Update: order was accurate but everything was cold and needed a trip around the microwave at home. That'll cost another star...
Waited in the drive thru (11-26-21, 10am) and ended up waiting and waiting at the drive thru menu, the line was building up, after 10 mins and still no answer instead of the “I’ll be with you In a moment” at the beginning I decided to bring my business elsewhere. Would not recommend going here, rather it be them being short staff or something else, something needs to get better.
Fk that location. The worst service ever each time we stop there. Thinking each time was going to be better than the last.... nope. Gets worse every time. Tonight we didn't even get our food because the order didn't go through on the Lobby Kiosk... when you see customers sitting in the lobby... don't wait 15 mins to ask if we ordered and say that the order didn't go through. And the employees want $15/hr....
Dine in for lunch, Employee was sitting down behind counter and on her phone, told us she was searching "spiders". After taking our order, she hands my husband his cup with four of her fingers half way inside of it. Dining room needed to be swept, food on the seats of chairs. Our orders were to have lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. There was a dime size of sour cream, two small pieces of lettuce and a tiny speck of tomato all on the very end of the burritos. Whatever wage your paying your employees, it's to much!
