I actually love this one. I go there at least once a month. Everything I went there the staff has always been fast n friendly. Condiment station filled and food is yummy. But I was there about 5 days ago n aa soon as I walked in the 1st set of doors, It smelled like an old dirty house! Walked through 2nd doors into dining room n it still has the same smell! Had to use the kiosk to place my order n was new at it. There was a younger girl sitting in this little room n cane to help me with my order. I got my cup while waiting fir food n the soda station was filthy! Soda n water everywhere. I was afraid to touch tge botton of the soda machine cuz it looked like it wasn't cleaned or wiped in hrs! Went to sit down to wait for my order n every table n booth was dirty! Even the benches. Food on floor. I was so disgusted n shocked what I seen! O had to wipe off my own table n bench. The Condiment station was almost completely empty! I understand that drive through can get busy because I worked fast food for many years on n off! But there was no excuse why that girl couldn't pick up a cleaning rag n wipe all that down. 5 mins cleaning. N the Condiment station would have taken a min or 2 to refill. She wanted doing anything but sit. Oh n not to mention how sticky n filthy the counter n door handles! I got my food n was only able to eat a couple of ny chips/nacho cheese cuz I couldn't stand the smell! I lost my appetite n had to take my food with. I didn't get a paper receipt or I would have filled out survey about my bad experience. Then just before I was going to leave, a young kid was standing behind counter n just stood there n did nothing! He could have cleaned n sanitized that place. There was no one in dinning room but me. I wanna continue going there as I've been doing for the last 5 plus years. Never have I seen it that bad.
Long wait to even order, mix up of order details (ordered no tomatoes and sour cream on some things, and those who had it were for one who was allergic to tomatoes), no sorting of orders so there was little to see who had what. Food quality was only thing redeemable, but after seeing food line workers not washing hands and no hairnets to catch, we'll see if we get sick. Disappointed, because I have been coming to this location several times and most of the time this place is much better than today
My friends and I ordered some beef Quesaritos from DoorDash. When we bit into them we discovered each Quesarito seemed to have a different set of random ingredients. One was beans and rice, one had chicken, and I couldn't even tell what was in the other one, but mixed with the nacho cheese it tasted terrible. This left my friends and I pretty upset. I understand the employees probably don't like making food at 11pm, but they didn't even try to hide it. It wasn't even a big order
Ordered with mobile app. Was easy enough but when I got there after it marked it as done there was confusion on if it was dine. ( it was the only online order one the rack) the decided to put all of the items into a single bag and by the time I hot it home the bag was ripping apart. They fully forgot the straw for my drink as well
Best taco bell within a million miles and especially when my girl Naomi is working. She's the kindest most tolerable person even and I personally think taco bell should be paying her 6 figures if not more. Love this T bell only cause she works here!!!!
I know it's hard to get help this day and age but 2 out of the 4 items that were ordered were not correct, was asked which condiments we would like and they were not added to the bag. Simple things make people come back around......
I've traveled the country for work so I've been to a lot of different Taco Bells but there is something great to be said about that Taco Bell on Hastings I'd probably have to say it's the best dang Taco Bell I've ever been to you could call me biased or crazy but the people that work there are always very nice even when it's a late night or the line is a mile long I still have a great experience
2 nights in a row I went to order here after work. 1st night a car was sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes I decided to goto McDonald's, 2nd night some drunk guy went through the wrong way in the drive thru and I figured hey I'll just go in and order..I was told mobile orders only lobby is not open to the public. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOUR DRIVE THRU IS CLOSED FOR NOW AND YOU CANT TAKE ORDERS FROM INSIDE MOMENTARILY!
6 cars in drive through line - first car was there 8 mins before pulling forward to pay, next one 5 mins- I left. During this someone else went inside and was back out with to go good in 3 mins?Foodie inconsistent in size and quAlity from not good average.Save your time and money go somewhere that can figure out fast food.No not recommend
Tough day for the crew. Not greeted, told to use the kiosk. It doesn't work took more than 5 min so a young man (beanie) stars for him!!. Rang it up. It was not that busy..Food was done quickly. The next problem is the beef was super runny and made the door less the high quality. The same young man asked if we wanted redone (at that point no)Training on draining thee beef needs to be reviewed.No excuse..You can do better..
