I am normally a forgiving person when it comes to my food, but my experience tonight was the last straw. I ordered food via drive thru and when I got home and started to eat and my order was 100% wrong. I ordered soft shell supremes and got chalupa's (which I find down right disgusting) and two potato tacos. Because I was already home I and didn't want to drive 20 minutes back. I will not order from thus location ever again. Working there is not rocket science, and if they can't find good reliable help who understand customer service and can read, then they should just close the doors and stop wasting time and money. Normally I would think that I got someone elses order but there was no one else in the drive thru when I went through. So they clearly just made what they wanted. If you're thinking about stopping at this location, do yourself a favor and just keep driving. Don't waste your money and time. If you're craving tacos, then take the time and go to one of the other locations or go to one of the many better taco places (Azul Tequila, etc). At least know I'm going to get what I ordered there. If I could give them ZERO stars I would but I am required to give them a star. ** True rating: -1 star **
Went there last night, they kept all the lights on and drive through open to make the place seem active but when I pulled up to the window the employees inside were only making food for themselves and ignoring me. This isn't the first time they've closed hours early but pretend to be open late. When the drive through attendant stopped ignoring me she started cussing while the window was closed then opened it up and sent me to a different location.
I just went in this evening around 7 and the manager needs a huge attitude adjustment. A customer walked in saying they forgot a burrito and the manager had the nerve to slam her fist down on the counter and started yelling about it to her staff. That's poor customer service if you ask me. I didn't order because she had an attitude and I NEVER plan to go there again till taco bell gets a new manager or she learns how to respect her customers. I've been in customer service for 15 years and never ever been that rude or had an attitude toward any customer ever! 0 stars if possible!
The food was good. The portion sizes were better than the last time I was there.
Pssst, here's a secret. The black bean crunch wrap is the best thing on the menu. Even if your not vegetarian the flavors are amazing. add some diablo sauce for that limey kick and you'll have one of the best fast food bites on the planet.
Messed up my order the first time (asked for no meat on the nachos but got meat), they fixed it. Manager Susan went above and beyond to fix it though. Will be going to this taco bell again even though it's a bit further.
We used the drive-thru. From what we could see, it looked clean. The staff was friendly and quick. I had a breakfast crunch wrap. It was delicious. Nothing bad to say.
I had the nicest server ever. They're name is Ruby and was amazing.
The guy who took our order was SO extremely rude right off the bat for no reason, and sighed obnoxiously after everything I said. Didnt ask any of the normal questions he was supposed to. Our food was thrown in the bag and spilled out on the bottom, and they didn't give us one of our tacos, which feels on purpose. I understand times are stressful right now and if it was busy I'd give more grace, but there's NO excuse for that. There were two cars in the drive thru, opposed to the other Taco Bell who had about 10 cars in their line last time I was there, and they were still very polite. My friend and I were both former fast food managers, and I get being frustrated, but at least take it out on the rude customers who deserve it and not two random polite girls on a Thursday night. I don't even leave reviews often, but this put us both in such a bad mood.
Came for lunch today (12/04/2021) and it was delicious. Not only was it good, all correct, a busy drive through, way short staff, but was also still fast.
