This is the shop I've gone to since I was a kid. Used to be a great place called beamers better burgers. Since beamer passed and subway took over it's been a great location. Really friendly staff there.
The lady who made my sandwich was incredibly rude. I was trying to explain to her what I wanted on it and she kept cutting me off. I got one ingredient out (turkey) and she got upset with me, saying she doesn’t know what sandwich it was even though I was trying to tell her what was all oh it. Then before I could finish telling her what other meats I wanted, she got frustrated and cut me off again, put some turkey on there, and asked what cheese before just throwing it down to the veggie station for the other lady and moving on to my boyfriends sandwich. Not once did she asked if I wanted anything else other than turkey, she didn’t even give me the chance to tell her what else I wanted.There was a whole line behind us and I didn’t want to be the person to hold up the line even longer so they could go reheat the other meats I wanted, so I just told them I was done and paid $10 for a sandwich I didn’t even want.That woman needs to work on her listening and customer service skills. By far some of the worst experience I’ve had at a resteraunt like this.
This is the 4th time that I went to this Subway and my order wasn't ready when I got there. This time the the girl told me "it's not ready yet. We forgot all about your order". Then her and the other girl laughed like it was no big deal. I thought that is why you order ahead, so it can be ready when you get there. So once again I was late for work cause my food wasn't ready when I got there. Thanks Subway!!!
Friendly staff, quick service and the food was great!
Very fresh food and clean restaurant. Bathrooms were some of the best public restrooms I've been to. Definitely would recommend this place.
Gave light mayo but not mayo
Ordered a chicken breast sub with extra American cheese. Received sub with no cheese and double chicken breast. Called the store to let them know and their response was that I could come back in and they would remake it, but that they couldn’t offer a coupon or future sub. I should not have to drive to a restaurant twice to get the correct order. This was their mistake. Super unhappy with their “customer service”.
the sub was okay. we used the buy two get one free, and the free one didn't have an option of being toasted, which is why it didn't taste all that good
No napkins in bag.
