Their subs are good, but if you want cookies you're gonna have to go somewhere else and get them. They never have any at 4:30 in the afternoon the afternoon and haven't for over 6 months. When we asked them why they said our bosses told us not to make extra after a certain time...

The sandwich was not much to brag about. Skimpy ingredients especially meat. The bread was dry, and seemed old.

I frequent this restaurant often and generally had good food but today was the worst I've had. First thing that has always bothered me is that they feel the need to press the bread flat to cut it. IF I WANTED A FLAT BREAD SANDWICH, I WOULD ORDER ONE. Secondly, when I got home to eat it, I opened it up and the outside was covered with ranch. I almost needed gloves just to eat it. And the tomatoes and meat weren't even in the sandwich. They wouldn't fit in the sandwich with the the veggies when I tried to put them back. And to top it off they couldn't even cut it all the way through. The bread was already ripped on the underside about halfway through a 6" section. It felt like I was having to do a circus act just to eat it. After a long annoying day all I wanted a simple dinner and this was the furthest from simple.I'm not sure if the employees/manager are just lazy or it's just too hard for them to make a quality sandwich, but it's not rocket science. I'll test my luck at a different location moving forward or maybe just another sub shop all together. And of course, masks are still not being worn by the employees. Mandate may be over, but COVID is still front and center still today and I fully expect anyone in the food industry to be wearing masks when preparing food for customers. What the hell has happened to common sense and common courtesy?On a positive note, the 2nd star is for the customer service. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, so the 2nd star is for him and him alone.

Would not recommend this location. I placed an online order and called to confirm the pick-up time when I was told they never received my order. I verified address, phone number, and even offered to provide an order number and was told “sadly, there was nothing they could do.” I asked to speak to a manager, was told no. I asked how I get refunded and they said I’d have to call corporate. I was going to count my losses at this point but 20 minutes later, I got a call back saying they actually had my order and then guy I spoke with tried to blame me for how their “system works”. I didn’t receive an apology. I let them make the order and I didn’t bother to pick it up or ask for a refund. They called 10 mins before close to see if I was going to pick up the order and I told them they can just throw it away (assuming they probably spit in my food anyway). Be better ‘Subway on Hendrickson’.

This site has always had great service. I never feel rushed to give my order and when I've chosen to enjo my meal there, the tables are always clean. Staff is really nice and never leaves you waiting.

The man behind the counter started coughing all over on the cheese and meats while preparing my sandwich and not wearing a mask. When I asked him about the coughing he kept coughing and said he has bronchitis. This is the first time I have ever been in a subway where somebody did this. Left without getting a sandwich that day.

Greeted immediately but couldn't get gift card scanner to work. Left and went to Arby's. Got one there.
