I go to this Starbucks like everyday before work in the mornings. I order a grande hot latte w/ almond milk and vanilla. They usually are amazing here, even suggestions are great from them. This morning thought I think the drive thru girl was new because she sucked. My order didn't appear on the screen but I was like...huh whatever. I pull up and pay, it was a tad cheaper than usual but I was like... huh whatever. Then I take a sip and instantly knew, my cup said Chai tea latte which I completely different tasting. I Was very upset because I didn't have much time before I had to get to work. I went inside and told the lady that my drink was made wrong and she nicely made me the correct one but it still didn't taste right.
The crew there are the best! I didn't like the way my coffee tasted and I told them this and they made me a new one for free!! Awesome people !!! Thank you!
Never been a big starbucks fan, but it is not easy to go through the drive through at this location. It easily backs up onto the street and makes it really messy.
Ordered mocha cookie crunch. Received a water, ice, chocolate, and cookie crumbles with no flavor, no mocha....so sad. Paid for chocolate and lots of water.

all of the employees are so kind and patient! Today, I went though the drive thru to get my favorite drink, but come to find out they didn’t have oatmilk! I was slightly vibe killed but it wasn’t a big deal I got a frappe which was one of my fav other drinks. Once I pulled up to the counter, I got my frappe and the employee was super sorry for the inconvenience and did not charge me. I wish I remembered his name, but the man was super nice so should out to him!!! Otherwise, this is really the only location I go to.
I used to come almost daily but lately it feels like they aren’t as nice to customers as they were before and literally all of my coffees are half full every single time. I have tried telling them and they kinda just roll their heads so kinda disappointed. Hope it improves in the near future.
We love this place, we never know what to get, but the staff always helps us with suggestions & are always super nice about it! This place it like sunshine with your coffee. We live 45mins away so every time we go up to Eau Claire we make sure and stop, because it's such a great experience all around!! Once we drove the 45 mins just to go there lol. Like I said the Staff is fantastic the drinks are great & who can resist the yummy muffins and cakes they have?

When I was ordering I couldn't decide if I wanted the caramel macchiato, or the white mocha (which i've never had). I ended up getting the caramel macchiato and when I got to the window Ashley gave me a free tall white mocha to try. some of the sweetest ladies around!!
