They tried serving me a Chai with spoiled soy milk multiple times and told me that sometimes it’s just chunky. I only drink soy milk and have gotten this drink at many other starbucks dozens of times and never once has it been full of chunks. The manager snapped at me and was extremely rude when I explained soy milk shouldn’t be chunky. I wouldn’t go here if you want good customer service and somewhat decent drink because you won’t get it.
Home of the worst Frappuccino I've ever had. $6 cup of mostly ice, no flavor. So much so it's not even a beverage (until the ice melts into watered down garbage)
I get they close at 10 pm I showed up at 925 pm. People I dealt with were obviously not thrilled I was placing a order ! And made it very clear by body language and looks on their faces . I ordered a turkey sandwich had one tiny piece of meat on it WORST treatment and lack of a sandwich ever ! (coffee and cake pop amazing like always ) all the way around not happy my visit !! Very disappointed
Not impressed. I was visiting from out of town and was a little unsure how to order. The person taking my order seemed annoyed by it instead of helping. I ended up getting a drink that tasted like watered down hot chocolate with coffee. I usually switch up coffee shops from Caribou to Starbucks to Mom and Pop shops and always appreciate when they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you when you need it. This is one of the only one star reviews I've ever given
Nice friendly staff who suggested a drink similar to an out of season drink and it was great! The inside is clean and nice to sit to enjoy a mocha.
Customer service, speed, and presentation is always spot on. I have one issue, and I think it is just a change in beans or recipe, but the cold brew has lost a lot of flavor/strength. It isn't just this Starbucks, but every one I've been to. But bad quality, just noticably weaker then normal.
Line is always long but it moves very fast! The people who work here are very speedy and friendly. I rarely have anything bad to say about any Starbucks locations. <3
Got an iced apple crisp macchiato it was pretty good definitely worth trying if you like apple flavors. Pretty busy location and lobby is currently closed so drive through lines can be a bit long
Getting burnt out on this location. I thought it felt little light again and yup after ordering venti I got the right size cup, but doubt there's even a small in it. Not the first time sadly.
This rating is't for the staff at all they are wonderful both locations need bigger parking lots or better drive through lanes that's all
