Ordered a meal to go and soda was overflowing spilling everywhere, pizza was cold, and the breadsticks were hard. The employees were rude to me for just asking for it to go.
I called at about 7:06p.m. and wanted to order a pizza. Becky told me that they weren't making whole pies anymore. I asked her what time they close she said 8:00p.m. When I've called other times it would take about 20 minutes to make a pizza. There was more than enough time. Not sure if it's lazyness or incompetence, but maybe the Oakwood Mall location should re-evaluate their staff options.
my experience: i’m at hobby lobby and i place and order so i can pick it up when i’m done and go home. nearly an hour later, we show up and our order is not yet ready. and thats ok, they said it would be done in 10 minutes. fast forward 45 minutes later, our order is still not ready. At that point we are all irritated and hungry so we ask the employees if it will be done soon. they say a couple minutes longer. finally after waiting an extra 15 minutes it’s finally ready. yes, the pizza was good. but it should have been ready over an hour earlier than it was. They said it would be ready at 5:45 and we got it at 6:45.
Coming in to town to visit family. Called from Hixton, was asked to hold, they forgot about me. Listened to the kitchen crew goof around for 20 minutes before I decided to give up. Tried calling back 5 times. Sammy’s Pizza was good tonight.
The food was good. But the real reason I wanted to comment was I came in and the there was only one worker in the front. (I came in on tuesday morning) She was friendly as well as fast. I've seen her here there before she has glasses I wanted to say she does an amazing job!!!
Did you change the breadsticks they used to be hot and soft??? Now most times I get they they are cold and hard. Pizza I have not issues.
Loved working here and the staff was always patient and helpful, The pizza is obviously amazing as well lol if I ever move back to eau Claire they would be the first business I'd reapply at ??
Over priced for pizza and breadsticks were all flour and were soggy. So gross!
Dude with a pizza tattoo on his hand seemed like he was having a rough day. He had a sour attitude and was downright rude. I'm not one to let poor service bother me, but my experience today turned me off from returning here in the future. Someone should check on pizza tattoo hand guy. I hope he has a better day tomorrow.
