DO NOT eat here. Not only is the owner self-involved, she does NOT put her customers first. This is the ONLY pizza restaurant I've been in where you CANNOT order a full pizza to eat at your table for yourself while family eat from the buffet. It's either buffet or nothing. And to top off the experience, the pizza I decided to take with me was incorrect (and it was the owner that took the order). DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE ERROGANCE OF THIS PLACE.
Food and service excellent, if you don't want to pass out from heat stroke I recommend a personal fan. I am giving it 1 star because they didn't have the air conditioning on and when I asked if they could turn on the ceiling fans, they refused to do so. I asked them while beads of sweat was running down my forehead. Resulting in me and my friend leaving early without feeling full. I visited on 05/29/2022 on a breezy 78 degree day. I was cooler outside than inside. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for their customers wellbeing!!!!
Personally enjoy the fried chicken while also making myself a root beer float. Not enough chicken legs, lots of white meat.
Most disgusting establishment I have ever been in. Buffet floor was covered in food, and the bathroom was so dirty that our shoes STUCK TO THE FLOOR. I never have high expectations for Pizza Ranch due to the price but this was absolutely disgusting. Skip!
The cactus dessert was horrible! Overcooked, no streusel topping, and no icing! Very disappointing, especially for the price!
My daughter and myself wanted to take my sister and neice for a new experience. That it was! Absolutely the worst ever. No pizza No chicken. We got jo jos nice and hot that was it. Every table was dirty. The dishes were stacked but not a single clean table. We moved stuff from 1 table to another and used a napkin to wipe it. The floor looked like a weeks worth of food and garbage. We understand shortage if help but things can be better. If stuff doesn't get clean a good manager would stay and do it. At least apologize for it. We managed to get some pizza and chicken that was terriblebefore we left. We have been there many times but this was our last. Price for this was a joke.
Tried to tell a couple associates they were out of mellow yellow in both machines. Front guy kept ducking into the back as soon as the new customer was paid, and floor associate (Ralph) refused to respond, kept looking other way when both my husband and I tried to visually and verbally flag him down. Worst trip we've ever had.
Very good food, well stocked buffet. They are however short staffed resulting in the buffet closed for a few hours beginning at 2:00 M-F.
We arrived at 2:30 p.m. Could not find a table that was not dirty. My son started to clean off a table for us to sit down and I had to find a worker to come and wash a table for us. There were over a dozen dirty tables. It was evident that the floors have not been vacuumed in a while. Staff did not seem to be bothered by the messes everywhere. They all seem to have one pace....slow. The buffet was scarce and pretty sketchy.
Most Pizza Ranch restaurants are always busy and clean. We were there at 3pm in the afternoon with 3 adults and 2 kids. We were charged $67. When we walked into get our seats, I counted over 13 tables I could see without really looking too hard that had dirty dishes with no customers at them. We were there for 30 minutes and an additional 7 tables were left with dirty dishes at them. New customers were cleaning tables themselves to make room for themselves. The food was just ok.
