Great service and prices. In and out pretty much. I ordered online though. That's the way to go!
This is the first time I have ever had an issue but my pizzas were very overly cooked, with hardly an cheese or sauce on one of them and both were almost like solid rock when picking up a slice.
Was told around October that I had a 15 dollar credit for my visit before the last one. The visit before I called two times after my order online told me it was done and waited over an hour in my vehicle because they said it would be out and never came. I called a third time and they said it had been on the counter the entire time and stated they would remake it and get it out. This time it came out and this was when I was told there would be a credit on my account and I had not used it since. Decided to try again and this last visit I got there and they said they could not find the credit and could not find my order at first. They then made it and was not able to get the discount cause they said it was not listed. Would like the credit issued maybe a little more for the inconveniences that I went through again, then maybe I would recommend you.
One of the nicest restaurant employees I have encountered in a while. They have great staff! Order was ready for pick up at the time selected and was hot.
Ordered online said it would be ready in 25mins got there in 30mins wasn't ready I had to wait an extra 20mins I had to wait an extra 15mins for my food got it home pizza was under cooked and my cinisticks were burned that pizza hut is only delivery or carry out and it wasn't busy I sat in there by myself no one else was there don't think I'll be going back to that location.
Once my pizza is on a box, letting it sit for 45 min does not make it taste good. I will take my business elsewhere
They don't meet the time deadline for the Pizza to be delivered at a Pacific time when you call and ask about it oh it'll be a 10 minutes and keep getting told another 10 minutes and then when you do finally call the last time they tell you that you got to wait another 2 hours before you can get your pizza because everybody else's order that ordered after you tapes priority over what you order so my advice is do not order from them every time I've ordered this always late and you order is wrong what a pizza is not cut the way you specifically ask
Ordered on line. The food was awful. Wings had no sauce. Called to ask for replacement or refund. Was told "I don't think there is anything wrong with them bitch!" He then hung up. I had not been rude or argumentative.
I order a lot from pizza hut. I have had a lot of issues with how the pizza comes. I ask for it to be cut into squares and it come generally not cut into squares. Many times my toppings are not right. Fortunately for me i like almost any pizza. I do not complain much if at all. Does no good. All i get is these things happen sorry.
Cheese stix werent cut. Wasnt greeted upon entering. Looked like a delivery driver behind the counter wasnt even wearing a pizza hut shirt and the coworkers when I came back to get my food cut werent impressed with that coworker for taking the wrong order. The guy that checked my order out eventually was pretty nice and gave us plenty of napkins and plates for my order.
