It's been a long time since I ate at a Perkins. It was very good. Didnt take any pics this time, We had breakfast. I had the new Eggs Benedict with hashbrowns and fruit. My friend had the potato pancakes for the first time and I had a bite myself and yummy. The waitress was very nice and helpful.?❤Well ate there again and took pics. That waiter was great the dinner was excellent.

Honestly. A Sunday visit... busy but me and my friend were placed right away and comfortably and without wait, at all. Service was prompt. Food was as to be expected. Place has a lot of negative reviews, but as I am one to typically pick service apart, I gotta say, this day was really, very nice. Maybe things are looking better for them. Maybe I am WAY OFF - but I was quite happy to see the improvements with the food and service.

Great waitress!! BUT: my daughter's sirloin steak was tougher than a old shoe. Eggs over cooked hard instead of over easy. Same with my eggs. Biscuits and gravy had about 2 teaspoons of gravy. Very disappointing. Again great waitress, lousy cook.

Took 47 minutes to get our order and not one time did a waitress, manager or employee apologize or tell us what what the problem was or even refill our drinks. Hope this was an exception to the good service they've had in the past. And to top it off, waitress comes halfway through our meal and asked if I was paying with a card or cash. With a mouthful of food I say card and she puts card reader next to me and says, "have a good day" Very disappointed.

Terrible food, terrible service. BY FAR the WORST Perkins I have been to in 25 years. Wasn’t even busy and still waited over an hour for rude waitresses dragging their feet. Almost reached the point of it becoming comical just how bad the service is here. Ended up barely eating any of the food. Soggy toast, burnt eggs and bare hands touching food. Left the restaurant absolutely disgusted. The entire restaurant was FILTHY.

4 children and two adults... 4 pancakes, a bowl a fruit, and shrimp meal ticket time was too long... while we were waiting waitress did not check on us seeing if we needed more drinks or anything... and she was told how to split order didn't!! Somehow got extra fruit but not charged for those. I give it two starts because it was clean and waitresses was personlable.

Yes the place was fairly busy. However we were seated right away. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks and nearly an hour for our food. We actually had to ask and then it still took another 15 minutes.

Horrible service and my husbands pancakes were over done, took awhile to get silverware and server took a while to let us know when our food was coming, took forever. Never going again

I haven’t been to Perkins in years. I thought I’d give it another try. I personally feel they are headed downhill. Unfortunately our breakfast wasn’t that good. There are much better options.

After 20 years of coming here. This will be my last visit due to the decline of the restaurant. While it's understood that the pandemic has hit many businesses, the decline of Perkins in EC started before then.It used to be a good go to spot for a late evening meal like after homecoming, prom, a sports game, or work. The last couple of times specifically I witness management disciplining wait staff loudly or rudely interrogating wait staff. Peeking in the kitchen going by as you walk to be seated - the kitchen floor is a mess. The booth I sat in had a large rip in the seat part. My friend's coffee mug had a cracked handle. Staff seem stressed and stretched. The atmosphere for late evening doesn't feel warm anymore. Our orders were both missing items a condiment for mine and 2 sides for my friends. The food is not plated with care to look enticing. I re-plated my chicken strips for my submitted photo. The price for the portion and quality is too high compared to other non-chain restaurants in the area.We came in in the early 6pm hour and left after 8pm due to each part of our service having a long delay [i.e. between side salad to entrée to desert].The pie is the saving grace for leaving 2 stars instead of one. That and our waitress Christina really tried hard to accommodate and serve us regardless of the disorganization mentioned above.Unfortunately the majority of our last couple visits have been just distracting and take away from the fun of enjoying eating out here.
