Your app absolutely is terrible it gives you discounts but you can't use it because if you try to order on it it won't accept your credit card due to an error in it not because of my credit card I'll tell you that much
Most of the time I have walked in to order and I get my order faster than if I would have called it in or ordered online. Great pizza, comparable pricing to Toppers and Pizza Hut.
Always love Papa Murphys. This location is one of the best. They are always fast and they have good specials. Check online for coupons and weekly deals.
There pizzas are very very good and all the ingredients are fresh it tastes like they are and it seams like it is homemade and I will keep on going back for more...
I just picked up some pizza's from here. I have NEVER seen a more busy place in my life. Probably 75 pizzas on selves waiting to be picked up, 10 employees making pizzas and answering phones that wouldn't stop ringing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially for how crazy busy it was. Of course the pizzas are always good but the service was what gives them 5 stars today.
The food is still great. However, the service has gone down way too far. It used to be a pleasure to do business at the Brackett Ave location and I would look forward to going in. Now, like so many businesses, the people they have employed give off the vibe that we should be happy they have decided to work there and be happy with whatever service we get. Even doing orders online and picking up at the drive through they manage to mess things up and basically not even care that they did so. There usually is no manager on duty during the evening hours, which is when most people tend to buy their products. Sad, so sad.
