The staff work hard and the manager is awesome!They all work hard to make sure the order is correct!
Took way too long. Over an hour 1/2 for 1 pizza and 2 garlic knots.
Not typically a fan of reviewing based on one experience, but had to wait 20+ minutes past the expected carryout time. Pizza was only put in the oven once I arrived to pick it up.The pizza itself is nothing special and definitely not worth such a long wait.Giving two stars just because staff were very apologetic and clearly doing the best they could while being extremely short staffed.
We usually love papa john's but the pizza was not up to par tonight. Not enough cheese on it. Ordered chicken and bacon and there were only a few pieces of chicken on it.
I usually love Papa John's like there's none other but this time it could have used a little more sauce it's still good pizza and they were quick with making it too
Please train your people better, especially the ones that take orders on the phone. Person was slow and did not know what she was doing. Took over 20 minutes to take a order.

This use to be good but now you have to order through a call center overseas. This is now a pretty bad ordering experience!

A few things I wasn't happy about1.When using the app I couldn't find everything on the menu from many different screens or coupons I tried to use2. I ordered pick up app eta time was 14min to 24mins I showed up in 24mins got pizza after 40mins app also didn't show .e the progress of the pizza3. As I was waiting inside I saw a delivery man return from A delivery but then saw him handling the food preparation I wasn't sure nor see him wash his hands before handling any of the food or glovesI wasn't impressed I decided to do a pick up over delivery to see myself how my food and others was handled
