Always good. Fresh ingredients and delicious flavor combinations. Fuji Apple Chicken Salad is to die for. Their soups are also wonderful.
As other reviews have said... smaller portions than normal. Panera in Nashville (a couple days prior) brownies, bread were twice the size. Mac n cheese was half bowl.
I've been to many Panera Breads, and I've worked at two locations. This is one of the only locations I e been to where they got everything right in the order! The workers were extremely friendly and accommodating! Absolutely love this location!!!!
Stopped at Panera yesterday and again,(and for months now) they were out of they're delicious souffles. Apparently the warmer doesn't work, and parts are really hard to get. Placed order, left, got home... no everything bagel w the delicious cream cheese. Super sad.
Food and drinks are great but during busy hours, very difficult to find parking and if you wait usually longer during busy hours.Since there is no drive-thru, if they put a couple of kiosks in the parking lot, it will really make the job easy. People can wait in the car while their order is being prepared.
Placed an order via Google to be told my order would be ready in 45 minutes (dumb but whatever), I get there at the time they said it would be ready to be told 6~7 minutes and end up waiting 15. My order itself was missing a baguette side and they replaced it with a second bag of chips without even mentioning it or marking it on the receipt. Probably will never spend money here again✌️
Panera is typically great. But this location is stingy. The chicken salad sandwich I ordered barely had any chicken salad in it.
I ordered chicken noodle soup and I got some sort of rice soup, which was not what I wanted and is not good in my opinion, which is why I never get it. I called about the mistake and was promised they would mail me food coupons, which still have not been received and its been 3 weeks...not impressed. I used to eat here quite a bit because I love their food, but after this disappointment, I don't know anymore. We live 20 minutes away, so it's not worth it if I'm not getting what I ordered for pick-up.
Always super packed and I don't really get why. The food has never won me over after the few times trying it. For being a healthy restaurant option, there's basically nothing vegan which is disappointing
Coffee was okay, service was great, bathroom was clean, and bagels were delicious.
