All gender bathrooms were dumb and no equality for plastic straws. Got weird looks when i asked for one. I usually would never comment but i go there a lot, and did consider it an excellent pasta establishment.
my boyfriend and i ate here and both had a great experience. the workers are phenomenal and enthusiastic.
I had Noodles and Co for my very 1st time today. Now, being an experienced chef in the industry for over 25 years with extensive and high end food experience, I will have to say I did set the bar a little lower, but to my dismay I was really shocked at how good it was! Got to watch the AGM make my food to order and chat with him, thank you Billy! The flavor was well rounded on my pallet and the noodles were cooked perfectly, and I am a stickler on noodles as I cannot stand and refuse to eat over cooked noodles! The portion size was more than plenty for the cost of the dishes! Will be back sooner than later!
Food is pretty good, I usually have the Korean spicy noodles and my wife likes having a Mediterranean or caesar salad, we usually have a side of garlic cheesy bread and we share a large pop, the price is usually around $32 for this, although I think a large pop for $3.17 is a bit ridiculous otherwise the food is good, the service is nothing special.
Great food at a reasonable price and quick! Only negative comment about this location is some of the team members focus too much on their own private conversations by yelling across the restaurant to eachother instead of being respectful to the customers dinning in. I’ve also had a problem with them not acknowledging me but they are too busy fooling around, but the food is always good!
I ordered delivery forgot to add my daughters mac and cheese so I called the store to see if they could somehow work something out, Billy went above and beyond to help me! Best noodles ever
Called Noodles & Co for a takeout order. When we went to the pickup window, we were chastised for not coming into the restaurant to pick up our order. We are both currently disabled and called in so we could pick up the order at their pick up window. Food was tolerable, the potstickers were great, the experience was very poor. Probably will be a long time for a return visit!
Took my 3 grandsons to Noodles in Eau Claire last Friday for birthday lunch. The seating area was dirty. I could tell the tables were wiped off but the chairs were dirty. Went to get a high chair and all 3 were disgusting! I asked a worker for some cleaning wipes to clean the chairs & she came back with a little square wipe used to clean the end of a thermometer! Seriously? Will not eat there again.
I wish that they used ANY form of seasoning in their cooking. Very bland. Almost exactly like Golden Corrals mass produced mac n cheese. 0/10
Everyone here was very out of this world dirty. No one had any awareness of care of customers. Food was eh… subpar to say the least. Definitely the last time I will ever go there. Step it up and clean your store. ?
