We had food delivered via DoorDash. When my husband took a bite of his brisket burger, he bit into wax paper. Absolutely horrible.
I've been a loyal customer of Monk's for 20+ years now, visiting the locations in the Dells each time we visit. I was thrilled when a location opened in Eau Claire, because it's closer to my hometown than the Dells.Yesterday, we had a small issue with one of our daughter's meals. It was quickly taken off our bill and the manager came over to talk to us about it. Although neither were necessary, both gestures were appreciated.We have a large group of us that go to Monk's every August following the Team Hope Huntington's Disease Walk. While they don't take reservations, we still can to give them a heads up. Service and food are always great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There are some nice items on this menu that you don't find at every chain. I like the the Sicilian Salmon sandwich a lot. The cauliflower bites are also tasty. They have a patio open in the warmer months and a nice conference room.
Always delicious food from Monks. They can almost always accommodate seating. Their alcohol selection is on-point and there are no shortage of televisions to watch sports while eating.
The service was excellent and food fantastic. It was nice to see workers obviously enjoying their job. Try the sweet chili fried cauliflower!

Absolutely loved the black & bleu burger! I ordered a medium doneness and it came out perfect. The heat from the cajun seasoning was an excellent layer. The beer battered fries were arguably the best I've ever had. I wouldn't change a thing about my order!
Great food and good service. Went there with a large work party and had quick friendly service and food cooked the way we asked.
