Food wasn't bad at all, service was a little slow for my liking, but that was me coming here on my lunch, so I was time constrained. Friendly enough staff. Pricing was fair for the area.
The service was not good. I came in with my friends and there were six of us on a Tuesday night. The staff was super unfriendly and basically made us feel bad for ordering food and drinks. I’m a server myself so I can’t really excuse this behavior
They absolutely without a doubt have the best burgers in Eau Claire. You will love them!
As always the food was great and the service was exceptional. Mogie's is far and away my favorite hangout when I visit Eau Claire.
Was told there would be a 30 minute wait for food. 50 minutes later, was asked if your burger and onion rings had been started yet, and was told no. Paid for our beer and left to find food somewhere. I get being understaffed, but this was a bit ridiculous.
The manager, David Donnelly , displayed unruly , boisterous , and rude behavior toward his wait staff. He yelled profanities , belittled them for not knowing how to ring up my gift card, and screamed at them for not putting a pick up time on a receipt . He continued to yell over and over again about how they need to put a time .
